I purchased a piece of cable from Nassau thru a third party. Nassau was not paid for this order due the card (company card) I used for the order being cancelled for reasons unrelated to both Nassau and the third party. A Nassau representative contacted me to check to see why I had disputed the charges. Of course this was news to me, I was unaware of any issue with the order. I received the correct cable in a timely fashion without issue. Upon being made aware that Nassau had not been paid, I paid using a new company card while in turn Nassau issued a refund for the original disputed charge. That seems pretty simple, no hard feelings- I got my cable, Nassau got their money. Then the third party proceeded to charge me for the cable twelve days after the refund for reasons that I (we) have yet to figure out. This charge was made to my personal credit card.
After repeated calls and emails to resolve this issue thru the third party I was at a dead end. I contacted Nassau and explained my situation. They investigated things from their end and came to a resolution within 24 hours. They were able to identify both charges even after they too hit the stone wall of the third party's customer service. They refunded one of the charges so now we are all square.
I appreciate their diligence in getting to the bottom of the issue. I appreciate someone answering the phone that is in it to resolve issues rather than pass the buck.
I will continue to do business with Nassau directly and would recommend them to anyone in the market for cable.

I had a relatively small order related to adding a 220 V, 40 A circuit to my house. I asked for XHHW-2 and they provided it.
Another supplier pushed back and said they would provide either XHHW-2 or THHN (no choice on my part) and that anyway I would not be able to tell the difference!

I am writing to convey my satisfaction with my purchase of 3 conductor direct burial 4/0 cable from Nassau National Cable.
I searched the web and called the Nassau National Cables sales number to insure the product was readily available and received a follow-up competitive quote including freight in a timely fashion.
My order was physically processed for 300 feet of the underground direct burial secondary service cable immediately after my PayPal payment was executed and I received email correspondence throughout the processing steps as well as during the delivery process from the trucking company to insure I was available to unload the large spool.
The cable arrived within 5 business days of placing the order and all contact with sales and management staff has been professional.

I have called Nassau after finding them online while searching a rare type of cable, the sales guy named Sam was very polite and informative on the phone but they were a wholesale company so they couldn't sell me the very small quantity I needed at first. After explaining why I needed he said "you know what let me check with our warehouse and call you back" I was under impression that he wanted to get rid of me by saying "I ll get back to you" but couple hours later he called me with the good news, he was able to get me the retail deal of this cable and ship it next day, I appreciated his effort. I am not an expert about cable but I can tell you that you can trust to this company based on my experience.
