Had a great therapist- was the perfect person for me. The video portal only worked proper a few times but we still managed to connect by phone. Imagine my extreme dismay upon receiving an email telling me that my therapist would no longer be with them. When I called the office I was told they had no other appropriate therapist that took my insurance! What kind of psychology group cuts off a patients therapy without a back up plan? Not one that you should go to. I left TWO messages for the person in charge-a Ms Finman- who never even had the decency to return my calls. These are NOT caring professionals- I was left in an emotional lurch. Don’t let it happen to you.
