Nassau Vision, Oceanside NY

My husband ran in right after Christmas and was helped immediately. Ten minutes later our glasses were chosen and ordered and we received them only a few days later. They are so helpful and very caring towards their customers. They really no how to pick the perfect pair of glasses for your face!

I’ve been going to Nassau Vision for years to get glasses for myself and my family. It’s always a pleasant experience. We have our eye exams done there and choose glasses right after. The staff is patient as you’re picking out frames. The glasses are always ready within 2 weeks. Nassau Vision is conveniently located and accepts my insurance.

I have been a customer here for many years! My son and I always get our exams here! The staff is amazing & they have a great selection of glasses! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went in there recently and I asked them if they can replace a little screw in my daughter's glasses that broke, and the woman goes to me,
"oh, sorry there's a $10 fee, we don't sell those types of frames, so there would be a $10 fee to fix it".

If I give them $10 then it's fine, then they can fix it with no problem, but if I don't pay it
then suddenly they said "they can't fix it, because they don't sell those frames".
I used to go there years ago,

Meanwhile my wife currently goes there, i even mentioned that to them and they didn't even say anything about that when I mentioned it to them.
Are they that hard up the $10 that they couldn't put a screw in there for a little kid and even after I said my wife goes there.

UPDATE: went back to this location to purchase another pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I’m so happy! I love them. The color on the pair of glasses is great. Very happy with coming to this location to get glasses. The service is great and the staff are super friendly!

Absolutely amazing! I had two pairs of glasses made up. I’m in love! Huge selection of frames! Heather did such an amazing job helping me pick out frames and discussing the different type of lenses with me. I highly recommend. I will be back to order some sunglasses.

Heather is absolutely great! I had a pair of prescription sunglasses that I wanted to change to regular sunglasses and she was able to work her magic and make it happen. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

My wife and I have been customers of Nassau Vision for at least 20 years and probably more. Heather and Alexis give us tremendous service and are always courteous and friendly. I have a particularly difficult prescription to fill, but I feel their expertise and care have enabled me to work through problems with the manufactures and have glasses that enable me to overcome my poor vision. Also they’re always happy to adjust my frames and help me with other minor issues without charge. There’s I reason we have been customers for so long and I would never think of going elsewhere.

I went to get my PD measured and the measurements were totally off. I found out that there's distant and near pd, they didn't ask for which one I needed. The other place I went to asked for which one first before measuring. They refused to give a refund for giving me false info. They basically scammed me. In order to get glasses that fit well and allow me to see well, I needed these to be right. If they mess up, they will not make things right. I advise going somewhere else

My mom loves her new glasses. The service was great and fast. So many options to choose from as well. Great store!
