Lisa is very rude, and they are not responsive via phone. When calling your placed on hold for over 10 minutes before someone "helps" and they aren't very helpful.

The entire staff and great along with the Doctors, but favorite staff member is lisa, she is extremely professional and her customer service is amazing.
