Very poor communication resulting in very no quality of care. New urgent care in Amsterdam. Parking lot empty. Waiting room empty. It’s not surprising. Very rude reception staff. Don’t ask a question as they’ll get annoyed with you. Asking question from 15 feet away communicating through a mask through the glass barrier and staff gets annoyed with you when you ask for clarification. Even heard telling others false truths about the situation making me feel humiliated. Definitely left. Definitely won’t be back again.

The office staff are awful, I have never had such issues until they transferred my son to this office. Last year they changed my son's primary care doctor and rescheduled his appointment with out my consent or even informed me of any changes and when his primary retired recently this year, no one contacted me to inform me of any changes, including to his upcoming appointment. Thankful I called as we were getting ready to leave for his appointment that he no longer had.

Awful service, rude people. They are unorganized. They lost my blood test, did not even know it was taken. How does 7 vials of blood go missing? Have not sent my records out to a seperate hospital. I have filled out request of release several times. This place is not worth it. I am pregnant and for them to loose information like this and not give me my records is unacceptable. Do not go here!
