One of the best burgers i have ever eaten. Always crowded. Burgers are not expensive but not cheap as well. They make the burgers on grill. Burger shop is nostalgic and they keep their style inspite of the modern world. When they take your burger in your hand, you take the smell of the delicious meat.

I ordered 1lb and it was only half full. Before that it was a hot dog without onion rings. There are many mistakes especially in onioning. Confirmation is required upon receipt.

Awful service. We got yelled at for asking where the food was after 30 minutes of waiting. Food was cold and greasy, but was edible. Do not recommend.

Just your basic hotdog, fries and shake! Not bad at all. I went for the allure and history of this place. Now I can say I’ve tried it.

It's Nathan's. I mean the hot dogs aren't all that great, when you come here, you come for the nostalgia, you don't come for healthful, or 4 star anything. The hot dogs, were okay at best. The view can't be beat though. Good place to just grab a quick bite to fill your stomach. The food options on Coney Island aren't a culinary destination, that's for sure. Come for the games, beach and rides, deal with the food options.

Awful! If you want to see staff hysterically screaming at customers, just go there! Never seen such a level of unprofessionalism. I’d rather have to go to the DMV than go back there.

I have never waited that long for fast food! There is 8 (!) people working behind the counter, 2 effectively work or at least move. The rest chats or stands still while 20 people are waiting. I cannot believe how you can pay these guys!

Food didn’t taste good, loooong waiting lines and employees without any desire of working at all

I feel bad for the team that works here. They take the order then fulfill it. There are long gaps between orders being taken. I was in a line for almost an hour with 7 people ahead of me. Unsure if it’s a staffing issue. Otherwise, the food is good and the price is not bad at all.

I had the worst experience. Wait to order was 15 minutes then waited at the counter for the food for almost half an hour. My name never got called so I asked what was going on and they claimed they yelled my name and no one responded. They grabbed my order from the back counter and handed over cold food. I was at the counter waiting.guarantee my name was not called and no effort was made to find me. NEVER AGAIN. Shameful. It really freaked me out when they took my receipt from me and then took awhile to return. I thought I was going to have to call the police

Bof bof, déçu. Attente énorme, erreur sur la commande. 32 dollars pour un (petit) hot dog, 1 grande frite, 1 milkshake, 1 bière et 1 bretzel. Expérience salé, et je ne parle pas des frites! Vous pouvez passer votre chemin.

Emily the cashier was short/curt, poor service. The food was nothing to write home about. Fries are frozen. Don't waste your time.

They were super rude and they can see you standing there needing something and they'll look at yoy and walk away. Only reason they didn't get one Star is because they're so incompetent that instead of the 4 piece tender I ordered they gave me a dozen. So thank you for being really bad at your job I guess?
