Excellent group of professionals and advanced technology, very excellent service from the administrative and medical-dental staff

1 teeth implants took one year to do because they already took money from me now they are taking sweet time. I think doctors are good it’s management. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there.

This is the BEST dental office in all of New York City! The staff are welcoming and you can tell they really enjoy helping their patients! The front desk associates “Belissa and Glady” truly made me feel comfortable and assisted me immediately!

I sat in the back for almost 2 hours for them to do 15 min work and when I decided to leave they wanted to do work on me after I said I put in 2 hours in the meter and had nothing done smh

My experience at National Dental was great. The Doctor's and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very respectful and the atmosphere was excellent. The place is well clean, I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I rate National Dental a 10

My first experience at Nation Dental has been very pleasant, the staff here are very kind and professional. The front desk Anais, Belissa, Aileen, Cindy were respectful and helpful and the doctor Desai was clear and concise when it came to what i needed for my teeth, I will be recommending family and friends to this location.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Aileen, Aida, Jessica, Mildred, and Edith. Best dental office I’ve been in my life, and I’ve been too many. If you’re looking for a dental office, look no more, you won’t be disappointed!

I am writing this email to notify all parties involved that I was seen a month ago at the National Dental office in the Bronx exactly a month ago today. When I met with your team, due to having a cracked tooth I was told I would need a root canal and crown. I was advised that normal processing time for a PRIOR approval was 4 weeks.

Here we are a month later and no Authorization has been obtained because the paper work was never submitted. This is a major issues and needs to be corrected immediately, I have called relentlessly and just getting someone to answer the phone at the office is a job in itself.

I have been placed on hold for more than 15 minutes and hung up on, I should have expected this when I visited your dental office with out knowing or anyone checking I was told my insurance was not accepted.

Now here I am 4 weeks wasted waiting to have this issue fixed and NO one has taken accountability or responsibility for this. It’s unfortunate to say the least, this is to be expected at this location.

Yet upon arrival your being asked to scan the QR code and give a good survey, when the staff blatantly ignoring patients, and are on their personal phones. At this point I will look elsewhere for my services to be rendered and will look into reporting this office.

People are coming to you all for help and I am a paying customer. No one’s health should be toyed with, this is unethical and as a patient I expect better, and as medical professionals this should NOT be deemed as acceptable.

I have A LOT of anxiety of doctors offices in general. From beginning of the visit to the end.the staff was so kind and welcoming, and they put me at ease. BONUS POINTS: Love to see a primarily femaie identfied/presenting doctor's office.

I spoke with Aida on the phone and she was very helpful and very Nice to talk to. I am looking for a new dentist, and I had a couple of questions.she was very helpful I will be going back to schedule my appointment.

Had a dental implant procedure done and it was really painless. Really surprised how painless it was. Luz was amazing and she made me feel comfortable. She even reached after the procedure to check in on me.

My experience with national dental in the bronx was a flop. Besides me having a appointment that I was on time for had me sitting in the waiting room for more then a hour. Then to find out no one in the office didn't know how to use the x-ray equipment. They talk a good game and give high hope but this office needs a lot of work and people who can deliver what they say.

Everyone at this office is Helpful. I Went in with a couple of questions, and Aida was super helpful and very pleasant to talk to. She addressed my questions, and I had quite a few, lol. She was very patient with me, and I left feeling well-informed. I will defiantly be going back
