National Pediatrics Center reviews
6The staff and doctors were amazing! I was welcomed very nicely when late for my appointment and my doctor was extremely understanding of everything that I told him. My first language is Spanish and the front desk and staff were amazing at compromising with me. I was very very pleased with my visit at this pediatric center, not mentioning that my son loved the doctor. My time and money was well spent.
I don’t understand where or how they train their personnel but it’s horrible! You can’t see perfectly good doctors because the front desk staff is so disgusting that you Just want to ask for your records released and go elsewhere. There is not one of those ladies that speaks or treats patients in a proper manner. It’s like they have zero training and people skills. THE ATTITUDE is ridiculous it’s like you need to ask them to do a favor just to do their job. That whole front desk needs to be replaced with people that are qualified and more respectful of patients. Never again.
People who works in this place have no manners they think they treating animals with they mean faces
Doctors are good but others like people in the from desk who always look like they hate their job with those long faces and bad attitude ruine the place reputation. Also, there was one nurse whom I don’t remember her name but she was kind of fat. She was so mean to me and my baby just because I asked her about the vaccines she was going to put on my baby like I asked her what were the specificity for and she replied with attitude that I had had to asked that to the doctor before and just let and let me talking alone when I had my baby ready for the vaccines with his pants down and crying scared.
I asked her that because they had a poster on the door that talked about the importance of asking questions to the stuff. I did and just got Disrespectful attitude on the part of the nurse.she was very rude and uneducated.
I’ve been taking my kids since 1996, one of the better offices in the neighborhood. I’m very grateful for their treatment including the front desk.
I went there for the first time and i had a good experience. The staff is friendly and they were able to complete all paperwork i needed for my child. They took me as a walk-in, i was really grateful. Though it looked a bit busy, the place is also clean and welcoming. If you go, ask for Dr. Gonzalez, he’s great.
