Natural Nails, Guilderland NY

My daughter and I went in for a fill and gel color we were asked to wash our hands which we did. We were on time but still had to wait then had the elderly man who had 3 bandaids on one hand and could hardly see. No one wore gloves.we had to soak our fingers in acetone which the guy then dipped the brush into the dirty acetone. When he did the fill it was uneven and the nails are are uneven. When he started to paint he was very unsteady, got the color all over our fingers. This salon is too overbooked, under staffed and rude. Beware if anyone is thinking about going, the hour and half for and appointment is ridiculous.

It took awhile, which is understandable but then entire time everyone was positive and it was very relaxing! 100% will be back!

My favorite place to get gel mani and pedi! Very nice family and mom is a perfectionist! Highly recommended.

I’ve gone Natural Nails since moving to the area a couple of years ago and don’t plan to go anywhere else. I always get the ANC and I’m more than pleased every visit. My current nails have been on for over a month now (I know I’m slacking), but they are still holding up. I highly recommend ANC if you’re looking something durable and long lasting.

Nail came off the day i left, it’s been two weeks and i have 2 nails left.tips put on bad.wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t come back, wasted $45.cute color though

I love this place. My nails last so much longer than my previous nail salon and they barely ever break! Natural Nails is very clean and they always get me in and out on time!

Not a good service. If you don’t have cash for tip don’t go there!
The older guy was mad and being rude while doing my nails because someone left a card tip. He was rude.
Didn’t come back since.
The place around the corner is the same quality and better customer service

My feet were very dry after my pedicure. I felt rushed. I probably wouldnt go back for a pedicure.

Phong is the best. Takes his time and gives you what you want. He’s been doing my nails for years I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Absolutely disgusting. He was on his phone face timing someone the entire time. Cut my finger, wiped the blood into my nail with a paper towel. And went right over it with top coat. Did not disinfect anything! So gross. If you want a blood borne disease this is the place to go. I’m absolutely terrified. I’m so mad at myself for not reporting them when it happened. Then at checkout I wanted to pay with my credit card, but he saw I had cash in my wallet so he tried to make me pay by cash. I wish I could give less then 1 Star bc that’s being generous.

Phong and Mary are the best. The best ANC nails in the area! From basic to creative designs I have never been disappointed!

This is by far the best place to get your nails done in the Capital Region. I’ve been coming for 8 years. I went to many others places between Rotterdam and Clifton Park & Troy. This is a drive for me, but I'm never going anywhere else! Very clean. Very professional, reasonable, consistent prices. AND if you haven't tried ANC or have had a bad experience with it somewhere else, give it another try here! They have every single color! I love my nails and my guys Phong & Bruno!
