I absolutely love going to Natural Nails! If you need an amazing nail salon, this is where to go!

It was my first time to the spa and I was hesitant to try out something different. The staff was welcoming and attended immediately as my husband and I walked in.

The quality of manicure and polish product is amazing, nails look things and natural. I’m always happy with the service and quality here

I ALWAYS get random compliments from strangers on my nails too although they’re often plain and simple - so they’re definitely doing something right!

My wife was getting her nail done. At the end of the job she began to check the job and see if it was done to her liking. Thats when the tech began to yell at her telling her not to inspect her job. These people do not know what customer service is. They rush to do the job and they want to kick you out as soon as possible. Then they treat you as rude as they can, they think they are doing you a favor and forget that we are paying for the work.
My wife left the place and don't think she is coming back. If you want to be treated bad, then this is the place for you.

I am away on vacation. I called this place to buy a gift certificate for my cousin. I asked them if I could give them a credit card over the phone and once it went through to email me the GC so I could send it to my cousin. They wouldn't do it and said I'd have to come in and show ID. I explained to him that I was away and couldn't.
I totally understand that scammer may do this all the time but all he had to do was run the card to see that it was legit.
Also he was incredibly rude.

There sign says walk ins welcome. NOT very welcoming. They told me to come back in 5 hours. Won’t be going back.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place! They maintain such a peaceful environment and everyone is so patient and kind.
