I feel it could be bigger and have a little more variety. Does the job though.

Prices are gouging, a tube of toothpaste should not over $5, only swag is mainly sold, amd mo actual fully sized food items are sold (only snack size).

Simply put, I am disappointed in my experience with the bookstore this fall semester. I purchased my books relatively late (roughly the second week of classes) and all the used books were unavailable, leaving the more expensive new books for me to purchase. I decided to save as much money as I could by renting the new books I purchased.

Grab my receipt, fast forward to the end of the semester and I am given a large fee from the store. I forgot to return my rentals. Well, actually, I forgot that I rented the books in the first place. This was mainly because of two reasons, and one upsets me about the bookstore. First I hardly used the books at all (practically never) and I dropped the class for two of my rented books. Second, I've never rented a book that hasn't had some sticker placed on the cover of the book that signals its a rental. The bookstore put no stickers or anything on these books, no return dates or anything. I've been to three other colleges and everyone has put a sticker on the cover to remind students. Yes I could have kept my receipt handy, but stickers would have been far more helpful. The funny thing is I donated the books probably 10 weeks into the semester thinking I had no use for them, totally forgetting I needed to return them. Another thing that bothers me is that the bookstore never reached out to my naz email or my phone number before charging me a large fee. I had an RIT email in my account that I verified on checkout (mistake on my end because I never use it anymore) but I wish the store would be caring enough to try multiple forms of contact (definitely the own college's provided email or a text) before fining students (who don't have much money as it is). Merry Christmas. I have mistakes on my end, but I am not pleased with some of the bookstore's practices.
