Their crisis hotlines are a joke. They connect you with someone, so I tried 3 different platforms at one time. The texting, the internet chat, and the WhatsApp option. Each of their employees had something different to say, and if I got busy at work for a moment, they disconnect the chat and connect you with somebody else, so you have explained yourself all over again. Completely untrained. Now this is about NEDA all around. Not this location. But best I can do.

You can beg and plead for their help all you want, doesn't mean they'll do anything for you besides send you some out dated resources. Their job is to simply "spread awareness" and not anything else.
