Richard, Deanna, and their appraiser Dan were all very communicative and clear in timeline, pricing, and in asking for what we wanted. Set expectations at around 4-6 weeks and delivered in that window.

I have used Neglia Appraisals for approximately 25 years on various divorce, estate, real estate, and tax matters. Their product is thorough, detailed and has endured the scrutiny of many different courts, and the IRS. Dominick, and Richard are highly professional and extremely knowledgeable for the appraisals needed in various jurisdictions.
Any issues are quickly finalized and solved by the office manager Deanne. She actually returns calls and replies to emails promptly. They also follows up to make sure the issue was resolved.
