Radio silence the day that I needed to board my dog. He said half hour heads up would work. I called and he didn’t answer so I figured he’s busy with other dogs. I show up at 1475 Myrtle which is some apartment. Rang each doorbell and spoke to someone who said he didn’t know anyone by the name of this business. I doubt that it’s a legitimate one. Never again!

All information was correct and the tags are very durable & of good quality.
I would order from them again!

Great service during the Covid 19 pandemic. Despite many places being closed Francisco still attended to my needs in a safe and professional manner. I would rebook in near future. THANKS AGAIN!

Great first time experience. Very sweet and knows his stuff. Definitely has a passion for all living creatures not just dogs that’s a huge plus and has a lot of compassion for them. Will return bd highly recommend!

Great service very straight forward and honest. If you ever have a problem with him it’s because you obviously didn’t pay attention. This guy will tell you everything prior to the service in regards to refunds or cancellations and modification just like any other business does. Hes very fair and understanding. Just understand if you make any last minute cancellations it comes with a fee because like any other business he reserves that spot for you pet and I learned that myself when wanting to make changes but I completely understand. He’s a great animal care taker and you can get the best of services through him and you are more at ease seeing as your pet loves him:) thanks again Javier!
