Staff is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. F. Y. I.if you need an immediate appointment this is not the place for you. Dr. Katz is usually booked and busy.

My family has been using this practice (mainly Dr. Katz) for years; we have always been very happy with the service.

Our daughters went for their annual checkup as is recommended. They were BAMBOOZLED BY STAFF. THEY HAD A VERY HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING. Next they are being told they need to pay an additional copay, which we have nocopay insurance. It appears coercion Is a healthy practice here. We called 20 mins after their appointment in order to try and understand what had transpirerd. Spoke with 3 different office staff with no understanding of what had transpired with our daughters. A total lack of RESPECT for the customer and ZERO care for customer. Unfortunately many patients are FORCED to deal with such unprofessionalism due to insurance. I Wouldn't RECCOMEND DR. NEIL KATZ or sightmd! AVOID HEADACHES GO ELSEWHERE!

I definitely had a 5 star experience. The office is neat and clean. The entire staff were truly professional. All of my questions were answered and concerns addressed.

Wonderful service. The office space is beautiful, staff and doctor so warm and welcoming. The quality of tests administered to get an accurate assessment made me feel comfortable. The doctor was extremely thorough. Look forward in returning next year.

Dr. Katz and staff are very friendly and thorough and do take their time and you do not feel rushed which is hard to find now a days.very knowledgeable as well i highly recommend! Been going there for years and my whole family as well!

All insurance paperwork was done online a week before appointment. Just went to front desk to sign in and right into exam room. No wait at all. Very friendly and thorough staff. Dr Katz is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Katz.

I have had Dr Katz as my eye doctor for 30 years. He is very attentive, caring knowledgeable, and friendly. So I are his two ladies he brought from. White plains hospital. The pretty lady with the long black hair who does the eye tests is also very nice and patient
