Nekos-Dedrick's Pharmacy, Kingston NY

I've gone to this pharmacy a few times and the experience has never been great, however today's service took the cake idk if it was because I'm black or skinny I truly couldn't tell you because as I said I've been there on a few different occasions and no matter how I'm treated I'm always still very pleasant even today. That treatment is unacceptable and unnecessary for a mask I had on my face properly. Both cashier's are extremely unprofessional. They made the business look horrible and the experience with Nekos Dedrick's pharmacy a very unpleasant and uncomfortable; they are the absolute WORSE. Otherwise the actual pharmacy is a great business and has amazingly fast Rx fills.

Easy to access in uptown compared to other places. They have out of the ordinary things that a pharmacy should have. Eye tests available no appointment necessary which was what I went for in particular. Was very fast. They have a lot of staff there daily for a smaller place. You can tell they are busy for good reasons! Will be back I'm sure

They are double anyone else for compounding. They charge you for labor to compound the drug. To bad, want to use local not paying double. Shop around.

Nekos-Dedricks is a great pharmacy. They are very polite and so far I enjoy them. They even carry hard to find medications. They call you and let you know when you are to pick up your meds. I just wish they had a app.

Patient and attentive staff in Kingston NY. Went the extra mile to have the proper walker available in record time when Dr.failed to submit script with adequate notice. A welcome relief during a stressful event. Thank you!

Waited for almost a year for the Shingrix shot. Was always told "on the waiting list". (although originally told was #77) Went to Target/CVS as a walk in and got the shot. What's up with that?

Once again Dedrick's professionals had an opportunity to show me how great they are! Unfortunately I needed to get a nebulizer. The person who took care of me really took care of me! She unboxed and set up the equipment and made sure that I knew how to use and maintain it. She shared her own personal experience which made me feel so supported. She was really a great help. How lucky are we, that we have a resource like Dedricks? !

Went there today right from the foot doctor who ordered a compression stocking. From the minute we walked through the door the woman who does the fitting was rude & condescending. It should be mandatory that people who work in healthcare must be compassionate and friendly to those who find themselves in need of services. I've been a volunteer in local EMS for 34+ years & I'm friendly, compassionate & always ready to help those in need without an attitude.
