NetCost Market, Brooklyn NY

I bought a prime steak that didn't smell fresh at all, although they packed it on the same day. Convinient for being close. They used to have great prepared food, now it's okay, below average. That is nice that I can contact customer service, but it would be better if you would expand your quality control for raw products.

Strained by the security who do not lag behind you a step. And of course some boorish cashiers. It’s s also worth adding the high cost of goods

I bought sausage today and it smelled badly when I opened the package at home. I came to store again to return it. The manager was very rude, the cashier paid dumb, the security guy was very aggressive. No one apologized for that!

Good supermarket but not a great experience.
As soon as the security person saw that I am brown, he started following me around. It got so annoying I had to stop shopping altogether and get out of the place.
It's funny he felt the need to follow a brown person when all the photos of shoplifters outside their store were of white people.

Bought a smoked cheese from Georgia. Regular price 12.46 but on sale was 9.99 so I decided to buy 3 pounds. Each cheese piece weighs was 0.91,0.93 and 0.96 lb.at home noticed that in a receipt the weights where different 1.16,1.18,1.22. So final price was as if you buy it for regular price. Liars. Hate such things.

Wasn't there since March of last year. The store looks slightly different, I suppose it needed to adjust to the new pandemic situation.still great, but simplified.

NetCost supermarkets have been popping up in the New york city all over. Always good prices and good quality.

Today we bought some crepes with cheese, cheese+cherry and cheese+apple. Everything was disgusting and not fresh! It looked like cooking oil was used many times before and crepes smelled like a fish (We had to throw them out. Don’t recommend to by any processed food there

There are a lots of different types of food for any taste. It would be helpful to have a plase to heat the cooled fully prepared food up for eat it on your way. In the other NetCostmarket it is so convenient! And other foodstores has food more tastes and delicious in my opinion.

I was born in Russia, it’s nice to be able to have some Russian food. The only thing is not good there is there salad and hot bars. I don’t feel well after eat anything from there.

Supermarket of all post Soviet reoublics and has merch from that. If ure from post ussr and miss home kitchen or want to try smthg new that's def a good place for u. Needs more cashiers however sometimes there too many people in line and it gets crowdy in there

Best store ever. Amazing selection. Super service, like that I can shop and they will deliver, so I don't need to put to my stroller a lot of shopping bags. Always fresh.

Overrated, prices are higher than other Russian supermarkets. Prices for cooked food is double than in other supermarkets

Extremely good prices. Employees are OK.only wish there are more checkout counters/faster speed. Also wish they carry non-carbonated kvass, since of course anything with CO2 is acidic, and nitrate free kielbasa.

Convenient location, good choice of products, reasonably wide passages, annoying audio and video ads, not supportive cashier.
