Lack of communication skills! Especially when you get a bad lab result back through Rochester General and they do not contact you to follow up sooner or to touch base on appointment dates.

Have been diagnosed and am being treated there for a disease that is not a pleasant one to have. My doctor is very understanding, keeps me on point without being rude, is sympathetic but still clinical. I feel i share in the decsions. If i ever thought she wasn't Iistening, she brings up a point that i had forgotten. I get exactly what I need.

Dr Patrick Seamed uninterested in my issues and told me to Seek psychiatric care, After Dr Moss.retired she did not want to keep up with my care or my meds which left me very distraught and still seeking help from another doctor. As hard as it is to get into see another doctor I’m just left out in the cold very disillusion with the healthcare system today

I am so disgusted. Client communication means NOTHING. I had a brain scan Tuesday morning, got the results Wednesday at 8: 50 a.m. Called the office to speak with Dr. Evans about the results which indicated I had Parkinson's Disease. No return call, called again today 9 s.n. And also at 4: 30 pm requesting a call. It's almost 7 p.m. And still no call. I'm not expecting that my case take precedent over others but if you just discovered you have a serious condition I would expect the courtesy of a call to discuss what happens next. So disgusted I can't even comprehend such horrible treatment.

I have bounced around to different neurologists in ROC and so far this place is the most compassionate about my chronic migraines. The office staff is kind and helpful. I have seen both Dr. Gajaweera and Dr. Caraway, both are caring and actually listen. They have done a good job of trying to find me the right preventative medications. They do not hesitate to refer me to other specialists to maximize my opportunity of finding a solution after many years of chronic pain. It means a lot when you find a doctor that shows empathy for what you go through. I feel the majority of previous doctors I've seen are very dismissive and rushed. I don't feel that way here, although some of my visits have been a little shorter than I'd like so that's why they aren't receiving the full 5 stars. Thank you and your staff for your care!
