New A+ Nail Spa, Brooklyn NY

Came here for a sns tips. On the menu it states thats $40 but after the service it was $50 okay cool. I went back two weeks later to redo the sns and was told its $40 but the menu states $30 again okay cool. I soak off the powder then was told its another $8 for tips even though the lady looked at my hand & HAD to know it was tips. Three different people did my soak off & manicure. They reuse gloves for the clients. I would never go back, places in the city charge the same with better service so this lil spot in Brooklyn is doing too much.

This place is disgusting. Went in to get my cuticles cut and nails lightly filed. That’s it. No manicure, not even a top coat. They charged me the price of regular manicure. I tried reasoning with them, stating exactly that. I was in the chair for about 5 minutes and did not receive a manicure, so why the HELL did I pay for one? Take your service else where. And by the way, the place smells putrid. How anyone sits in there is beyond me. Just a horrible experience overall.

I’ve always came to this location. Been here for 1 year. Yan always does my nails. She’s very sweeet and does what I want. My nails always look so good?

Very poor, deplorable customer service from worker Cindy, she got an attitude when I asked for a second bowl to soak my other hand in in because my hands were to big for the one small bowl that she gave me. She never gave me another bowl by the way, then when i asked her to not continue to use the filing machine because my acrylic was almost off & to use the nail file. She got up left & spoke in her language & then another young lady came to finish the job. Its because of this young lady they got the one star from me. She was gentle & kind. Cindy needs to learn how to treat clients, because I live in the neighborhood & I thought I would use their establishment to provide those services for me, but definitely not after the way I was treated.

Terrible experience, you must find a good nail artist for you in here otherwise they do terrible job

I went here about two weeks ago to get a Brazilian wax because my waxer was out and I am not happy with it. I have to go back to my original waxer and it has been only two weeks passed, I have so many ingrown hairs because of the technique that she used and I also noticed that she didn’t take out all of my hair

I had amazing experience, I got my acrylic filling with design, plus spa gel pedicure. Really nice, very neat job, the girl’s name who was working in my nails is Yan. Highly recommend. Will be coming back in 2 weeks.

I was looking for a nail salon close to home and I decided to pick New A+ Nail Spa and to my surprise my SNS nails came out perfectly and I love them. The person who did my nails was Cindy, she did an amazing job. Thank you! I would definitely be going back!

My regular spot (s) that I go to for my nails were booked up for the day I needed my nails done. First world problem to "need" my nails done, I know, but I had taken my previous acrylics off and my fingers were down to nubs and hurting, so I had to find a solution pretty quickly. I called and they were able to get me in, thankfully. I knew from previous experience that this wasn't my top choice, but they were there for me in a pinch.

I don't have any issues with the outcome, or with the price, though I'd like a better service experience in paying the $65 to get my nails done. My issue was in the experience. There's a lot of aggression coming from them and clear judgement of their customers. I get it, when English is not the spoken language, there's an opportunity to talk about whatever is going on, but it wasn't even attempted to be hidden. They call you "Honey" in one moment, then grab things and whip your hands around in the next.

If you're looking for a quick fix, know that that's what you're getting. You're paying what you'd usually pay at your favorite salon (and maybe a bit more), but you're walking out feeling like an indecent human who was lucky enough to have them provide a service to you.

Also, NEVER believe it when they say, "FIVE MINUTES. " You know good and well that 5 minutes is equal to 40 in their delivery time.

Used to be such a good place, not now. Manicure is so bad. They trying to do fast to get rid of you and very bad.

Just did my Mani-pedi and wax here. Somewhat friendly service and not happy with the quality. Regret throwing money away. I will not be back. Don’t recommend.

I went for the first time last week for a manicure. This week was for a pedicure. Both services were with Diana. I will continue to patronize.

Worst customer service you can ever get.and rudest guy answering the phone.it is unbelievable I had gel nails done and next day they just peeled off when I came back to fix it I asked how much did I have to pay, even though it their poor nail polish or application's fault, the guy said go and never come back, how can you treat customers like that.regardless all my gel polish was peeled in 3 days

Lily is my mani/pedi technician and she's the absolute best. I love how she takes her time to work on me. She is very nice, professional and talented. Overall the salon is clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice as well. This is my go to salon in Brooklyn.

Absolutely horrible experience! My nail lady Diana didn’t know how to do a simple French manicure. Took her 10 minutes to do one nail. When she was finished all of my nails were uneven. Another lady had to come and redo my nails because of how horrible they looked. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I told the lady what shape I wanted & she told me to be quiet & she started laughing at me. Didn’t have two of my nails colors & my shape is horrible. Don’t recommend coming here.

Was here yesterday. My manicurist was Yan and she done a fantastic job! She was doing very accurate and the result is beautiful! The price not very high, it is worth that! Thank you!

Don't expect anyone to be polite or not behave like robots.usually my absolute last resort.

Lily is the best! I always make an appointment with her. I have been doing my nails here for some time after I switched from my old place. I am very happy about the service.
