Amanda did a fantastic job with my extensions. As an extension virgin, she really took the time to explain the process and after care. Not only is she thorough, but she’s got quite the sense of humor I would definitely recommend her services and look forward to being in her chair again

I started coming to the New Age Salon looking for a change of scenery and an updated style. Amanda is a skilled stylist with barbering experience and that is exactly what I was looking for. The space is professional and they carry a variety of products.

Amanda was kind enough to reschedule my appointment and fit me in with her busy schedule. She has great attention to detail and her experience and expertise is evident. One of the best salon experiences I've ever had-I have curly thick hair and it's hard to find a stylist that can give you a good haircut. Amanda was also lovely to talk to and is a great person all around. Salon is warm and enviting too.

Soad is a wonderful stylist! She takes her time, she's very thorough and the results are amazing! I'm so glad I found her!

Working with Amanda to get my perfect pre-graduation cut was such a great experience. She was extremely nice and really took her time to get to know what I wanted from my cut and to learn about my specific texture/styling habits. She was so quick to wash, cut, and style AND fun to talk to. I didn't even realize how long I was sitting in the chair for. Amanda's self-built salon is also beautifully styled with an authentic representation of her own personal boujee touch. Highly recommend both The New Age Salon and Amanda specifically if you are contemplating getting your cut, or any hair related service.

Soad always takes the time to listen to me about my preferred cut and is very attentive to me. I can't say enough good things about her and the salon!

Soad, is truly amazing! I am trying to think back, but I believe, the best hair cut I have ever had. Working on color. Getting back to my natural color after years of box dye. Transition so far is beautiful, natural and healthier. 5-stars

Refreshing, welcoming, beautiful. This was my first time here. I have extremely thick course hair, that can be intimidating to some stylists. Amanda is a pro! She listened to what I wanted and made it happen with ease! My hair has movement, style and sass!

Love, love, LOVE the Keratin treatment! The product smelled so good and the application took about 2 hours. The results are fantastic, so sleek and shiny! As always, Amanda does great work…if you have curly, frizzy hair, this is worth time and money!

I went to new age salon with my disaster hair, Madalyn fixed my hair with my desire hair color. She did excellent job. I can’t thank enough but really appreciate her, everyone of my family loves my hair, especially my husband

Madalyn took such great care of my curly hair. She dry cut it and was so careful to put wonderful layers into it to bring out such curls! The color that I needed required extra TLC and she took her time and made it look so natural. Madalyn helped educate me on a few products when asked, specific for my hair type. She takes such pride in the hair care that is available. I am extremely happy with the salon and the professional, yet so laid back approach to what they do. It doesn't feel like a gossipy buzzing salon with so many people yelling back and forth. So peaceful! I will definitely be back!

Ohhh, I loved it Madelyn was soo great! She was soo nice and she takes the time to make sure your hair is exactly the way you want it to be. The experience was beautiful and the energy was soo great. The salon is very nice too and in such a great area. I have my next appointment soon and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

After going over 3 years without a haircut I decided to call New Age to see if they were accepting walk ins and luckily Madalyn was able to see me. As a guy I wasn’t too sure how to properly maintain long hair, all I knew is that I wanted some weight gone and a trim that works with me putting my hair up. Not only was the end result fantastic, I was taught how to maintain my hair and was treated with kindness and respect while being in a warm, comfortable environment. I couldn’t recommend Madalyn or New Age more!
