5The owner/employee Ruth was so sweet! My friends and i stopped in while browsing the area and she was so so so kind! I wish i lived closer because i’d definitely be in there every other day!
Extremely rude worker who verbally assaulted a passerby over parking in front of the shop. Talking down to a local Saratogan and not wearing her mask while cussing.
1st Edit (after reviewing feedback from owner) : I can confirm that the person in question that was rude is the owner of the shop and the same person who’s picture is associated with this posting on maps. I have no ill intentions against the actual business of the this salon and spa just that the actual owner should treat people with respect and kindness instead of verbally accosting someone publicly parking in front of their shop. To the owner, please refrain from using hokey, spiteful comments (re: karma comment) on someone who is trying to be honest to the people. Please check your privilege at the door and be gentle and kind with everyone, customers or otherwise.
I am actually Mike's wife, Diane, and since I've been going to Ruth (at least 8 years now, could be more), I would never trust my hair or face with anyone else. She is the very best and will give you suggestions regarding your hair that really make a difference. She uses all natural ingredients in her facials and is all-inclusive in her treatment of your skin. None of this piecemeal and separate prices for all treaments, but rather all in 1, which is really quite a money saver. She is funny, outgoing, and really loves what she's doing. Give her a try and you'll never leave. She's a true professional!

Ruth is an incredible hairstylist. When I came to her my hair was 1-2 shades too dark and damaged due to too much peroxide in my hair coloring products. She helped my hair to look like hair again and also cut my hair in a very flattering style. I highly recommend her! Thanks, Ruth!
