New Commack Liquors

It seems as if I wasn’t the only one greeted with incredibly poor customer service. If the management/employees are that inconvenienced by needing to show me to the Prosecco or service my transaction at the register, maybe they should rethink their profession. Or alternatively, lighten up and have a drink! Don’t waste your time OR money. Buy your booze elsewhere.

I love this store! Whenever I ask for a pairing recommendation, I have always been pleased with the results! Pricing is good! If they don't have one of my favorites in stock, if I ask for something comparable it's always been on the money! I love being able to support local small businesses and this is a constant one for our family gatherings. Also if you haven't purchased one of their sturdy wine bags, it's a must have!

I gave an extra star for the cheap prices they have on wine and liquor! Otherwise they’re pretty rude to customers and don’t even say thank you when you buy something. I might just well pay a dollar more to get friendly service somewhere else for my favorite wine!

This place has a very nice selection of whiskey, aged rum, and sake. Some of the rare finds are also reasonable priced and I was more than happy to buy a bottle of eagle rare 10 years bourbon home. The manager Danny is very knowledgeable about what he is selling so if you have any questions there is always somebody to turn to. Will stop by again if I am looking for something rare.

This is my go-to liquor store in the area! They have an amazing selection, speedy service, and good prices. Whether you’re looking to stock a bar or gift a bottle of wine, New Commack Liquors is your best bet.

Well stocked store. Prices are hit or miss and inventory is haphazardly distributed around the store, but you can usually get what you are looking for.

Wasted my time driving here.came 30min before they close- yet when I arrive, the place is closed.

Please do not shop in this establishment. The employees and/or owners are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They barely acknowledge customers and act like they are doing you a favor by selling to you. The woman who seems to be the owner rang up my purchase last evening. I paid with debit card which I handed to her. She rang up the sale, placed the card and receipt on top of the credit card machine, barely said thank-you and started to walk away. I called her on her rudeness to which she said, “Oh My God. ” I told her I would not be back and would tell all my friends and family not to shop in this store. I have been in there many times and have noticed the rudeness with customers. I guess I chalked it up to being in retail and maybe having a bad day.but this seems to be the way they are all the time. There are plenty of wine and liquor stores in the Commack, Kings Park and Smithtown area. I’d rather give my business to any other of those stores. I will not be going back to this one!

This wine store has friendly staff (Danny is very knowledgeable about the wines), has very competitive prices and a large selection!

Customer service is non existent in this place, very rude and standoffish. Will not be going back! Go about one mile east to long island wine and spirits, or up to prime wine and spirits in Kings Park, much better service, very friendly and knowledgeable. They better learn about their demographics quickly, if not they will not last.

Love this place Great Deals, Only seems like they run it out of what you are shopping for and you're not sure if they're going to get it back at times.
