They assessed my problem in a timely manner and gave the solution Not often do you find a place that knows foreign cars and have the best solutions given. I will share my experience with all of my family and friends.

One of the mechanics came INCHES away from causing a huge accident between him, me, and another car - all because he wanted to race one of the cars they were working on into the spot - so fast that he made the tires screech. If you’re leaving your car here, I’d be mindful of the fact that your car is being used as a race car and parking spot holder. Parking is hard enough around here, there’s no reason to be causing accidents!

I have been going to New Millennium for over twenty years. They are the absolute best. They have done amazing service, quickly, honestly and for very reasonable prices. They have a wealth of knowledge and expertise, combined with dedication to amazing service. That combination is quite rare in this field and is the way all service business should be run.

I BROUGHT MY 09 HONDA ELEMENT SC IN ON FRIDAY MARCH 6TH TO HAVE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS MY MAIN BEARINGS REPLACED. THE HEAD MECHANIC XAVIER DISASSEMBLED MY MOTOR AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE MORE THAN JUST BEARINGS, I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. XAVIER WAS ABLE TO LOCATE A VERY LOW MILEAGE REPLACEMENT MOTOR, WHICH HE PROMPTLY INSTALLED. TO SAY THAT I'M EXTREMELY PLEASED AND HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THE NEW MILLENNIUM MOTORS PERFORMED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. XAVIER AND THE OTHER MECHANICS ARE NOW THE ONLY HANDS THAT DO WORK ON MY ELEMENT BESIDES ME.

We were paying out of pocket (hit & run) and had very specific ideas of how we wanted the work done to keep costs down, but no one wanted to listen to us.until I walked into New Millennium. Andreas actually listened to me and was quick to get me the estimate. He agreed to do EXACTLY what we wanted and stayed in our budget. We are extremely happy with the work his team did and they even finished 2 days ahead of time! A wonderful experience all-around dealing with something that is not fun like auto damage. I highly recommend New Millennium!

Very happy with the service. The owner explained and showed me the issue with my car and offered different options with going about the repairs. They repaired my car in less than a day with no appointment needed. Would definitely recommend.

Andreas is straightforward and great to talk with. I didn’t feel cajoled or pushed to make any choices and he gave me estimates and time frames to work within. I’m happy to find a mechanic in Bk and I’ll definitely be going back.

Brought my car in for the rack and pinion.afterwards the steering felt a little loose and took it to a different shop.turns out all four bolts securing the steering rack were hanging out.almost lost steering going down the highway! Baffling how someone could make this mistake.be wary of what repair you need done.

Took my car is for service recommended by my neighbor, I was having intermittent problems with my car that another place couldn’t repair. I was so happy my neighbor recommended New Millenium because they fixed my car and got me going in a feasible amount of time at the original estimated price. I was looking for a good mechanic shop to quiet down my exhaust because I got the wrong kind thanks to my misunderstanding of how sound works (hah). Anyway, they did a fabulous job: sawed everything apart, got new piping, and welded it all together with a nice muffler that isn't over-the-top and yet not whisper-quiet (necessary in my opinion for a manual car). It was quick and easy, and they were really friendly. Huge thanks! This shop is very professional-that is, very skilled at what they do. I recommend!

The RUDEST auto shop I've ever been to. Would not recommend them. There are many other options in the neighborhood and I'd highly suggest choosing one of those instead. Disappointed with the experience.

Have been bringing my car here for the last few years. Have always been treated respectfully and honestly. Just recently I needed some steering work done on my 2012 / 90,000 mile car and was told to bring it back to the dealer because it was covered under my car manufacturer warranty. Save $400.00 because of their honesty. Work is always done when promised.

Great great shop! Just moved to the area and had a excellent experience here. Great communication. And Andreas even talked me out of doing some repairs because I could wait! Call ahead and schedule an appointment.

Went to Andreas for rotors replacement. The rear brake sensor came loose after and it would've cost $200+ to replace at the dealership. Took car back to New Millenium and Andreas took care of it for me free. He is responsible and an overall good guy.

This is going to be my new go to spot! Andy really is awesome mechanic I had some great service coming here. I haven’t had this great of a service since being in NYC! If your looking for an honest good quality service Andy is your go to man.
