7Just had a burial for my grandmother there and that went pretty well. However, trying to find other family members was nightmarish and their maps sucked! No exact placements, just a general area. We spent 20-30 minutes looking for our family members and were completely lost. Some of the maintenance folks tried to help but the office people left a lot to be desired. So many gravesites are crowded or overgrown. It’s just really sad.
We buried my mother two days ago. We had a great service, wonderful Rabbi.the workers were wonderful. (not the office staff) While I was in NY we had requests from family members to visit the graves of beloved family members.
UPDATE YOUR MAP! And make it easier to find ppl. It was impossible to find ppl as the sidewalks were not marked. You are using the Maps from 30 YEARS AGO. We were unable to fulfill that mitzvah. 2022 people. Please get with the program… this is shameful.
Had a Nice service there, nice property, nasty men's room but overall good choice for jewish cemetery.
My Father of blessed memory is buried here. His grave is well maintained, easy to access, and the last time I was there someone even helped me find his plot.

My family is buried here and for reasons of health I have been unable to visit. A friend will be in the area on Sunday and offered to check the grave site for me. While I have a general idea od the location, I was calling to get the exact location of the burial site. There was no way to get a person to speak with me and no way to leave a message for a call back. The phone system is terrible and shows no concern for visitors, loved ones and anyone with a question. I have dealt with the management office in the past and have never come up against this obstacle. This visit meant a lot to me and now it probably will not happen. I will keep trying to reach someone at the office but will not spend an afternoon being put on hold several times by a machine and then disconnected by a machine. I am angry and very disappointed.
