I had to sit and wait for 50 minutes before anyone came over. The girl gave me a 15 second massage. If you can’t accommodate for the amount of customers you confirm appointments for please recommend a different time to the customer. Please do not overbook yourself if you do not have the capacity because you will continue to inconvenience your customers. I won’t be coming here again.

HORRIBLE NAIL PLACE. They’re not respectful and not attentive to any of my needs. I told her I need a natural look, and she said she knows what she’s doing.she put 4 layers of dip powder which made it look fat and bulky. And when I told her to fix it she said she doesn’t understand what I was talking about. I never had such bad experience. They are nasty and expensive.she always adds extra 10$ to remove my previous nail powder. And they charge you for nails that are broken.she will charge you an extra 5$ per finger! You end up paying a lot more than any other place.
The end result is you pay a lot and you are not satisfied at all with your nails. I have to go to another place to get my nails redone again.
I can not even look at my nails they are so fat horribly shaped, bulky.
NEVER GOING BACK!

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years with previous owners and now with new owners, Gina and sister May they remodel, it's clean the staff is super friendly My nails always look perfect they have the best colors to choose from Thank you, ladies
