Horrible manager I would give no star if that were possible
I went for self care and came out feeling like I went for abuse they made me feel horrible tried getting more and more money out of me and gel nail polish was off 2 days later completely! They need to treat costumers nicely.

The nail salon is really good. It is a very relaxing place. The employee made my nails look very nice! Everyone is very patient, and have a good personality.

Really appreciate the professionalism I had this gross Band-Aid on because I'm a teacher and my kids like to play rough and I got massaged it felt really good loving this color simple and clean that's all I ask for and I got it

The New Owner is very rude and Unprofessional.
Made wait over 25 minutes after l have made Appointment. Before Her (New Owner) the Place was a Great nail place to go, now l don't recommend to no one

Great place to visit if you're in a rush. I felt like enough time wasn't put into my pedicure. I still had dead skin on my heels. My toes & nails did come out very nice though.

Average job but so freaking slow! Should not take almost an hour and a half for a regular gel manicure! And she didn't have to remove my old gel. It took her 48 strokes of nail polish for one layer!

They keep everything neat and clean，I definitely recommend coming here, it was such a pleasant experience! And I'll definitely be coming back!

Gorgeous SNS dip nails by Ivy. Took her time and had so much attention to detail from cleaning up the cuticles to doing the right amount coats for the white to be perfectly opaque. Best looking dip I’ve ever had done!

The place has a great ambiance, appointments aren't required but if u do schedule one they always make sure u get serviced in a timeley manner even if there are a bunch of walk ins before you. Service is great and they are very well priced

Eeek Manicurist took out tools from a non functioning UV sterilizer. Polish was way off on multiple fingers, asked to fix and she just pretended to pick at them.

I have been going here for the last two years. I initially started going because it was close to home had excellent parking and there was never a crazy wait. The service/ customer service was average. I even went as far to bring out of towners to experience the Ambiance of the shop despite the sky high prices. You get what u pay for you would think. As of lately I find that the customer service has taken a major decline even with the preparation of an appointment scheduled. My pedicures are ALWAYS RUSHED and below satisfactory. It is my belief that if you are paying for a service it should be tended. The callous remover was wiped of almost immediately after being applied not allowing its time to work & the polish that I was charged three extra dollars for was applied without a base coat. The final straw was me witnessing certain customers to enter the establishment ask for service and receive services with no mask on. Update so I returned to new spa nails just to give it a second try and my warning to all is please check your work before you leave so you don't end up with a. $68 dollar rush job #seeattached there's no reason anyone should be walking out the nail salon and their nails look like this

I have been going specifically to Peter for about 4 months and always a great experience, unlike the other places around, he takes his time and my nails come out looking great each time!

Very disappointed the water was COLD it took me a while to warm up after leaving. They didnt apologize or offer a discount or something to make up for sitting in ice cold water while have a pedicure. Not acceptable

We absolutely love to get our nails done here. My go to without a doubt is Peter. He is so humble and friendly. Always accommodating and making sure we have a good experience. I missed our conversations and he plays the best music it brings me back to the simple days of life. He’s a great guy! He even giggles at my singing. I was nervous bringing my daughter back because of this pandemic but I have to say, everyone wears a mask, cleans after each customer and has ample amount of hand sanitizer for customers to use. Each work station has plexiglass windows between the customer and worker. Today I finally brought my daughter back in and they were super excited to see her. Maria was awesome and gave my daughter the best tickle laugh while scrubbing the bottom of her feet. We are off to a fabulous mother daughter day. Thank you New Spa Nails for a wonderful mani and pedi experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD! I came in here to get my nails done. They tried to boss me around telling me how long I should get them. Then at the end when I asked how much, this place told me $80 JUST FOR MY HANDS! NO DESIGN JUST REGULAR GEL POLISH! PLACE IS A SCAM! I’m never returning here again!
