10 垃圾店,收银态度差,买了大龙虾居然是死的
Spend $80 for dead lobster, smell very very bad, I will ask my bank to dispute this charge
There were many South East Asian Food places and a Chinese Supermarket. I just took a quick casual look.
I needed some help in the office there & the staff were mean and rude, with one woman trying to pull me away of the office when I asked a question. What’s going on with people here?
If you want to really feel like you're in East Asia without leaving NYC, head here. The food court downstairs serves lots of different fares - including different Chinese cuisines, and others American palates will find more familiar. For a real treat, head to the lavish dim sum parlor on the top floor - but make sure to have a Chinese speaker in your group.
It's what you would expect from a crowded Asian mall in flushing. Bit hard to navigate too and so it was difficult to find our way around. Have a good food court downstairs though.
Edit: multiple new places just opened up at the food court. A really good place is the Beijing duck place。figures that they don’t have any English title to say what they make. They have really good pricing, ie a whole pint sized container of clams in black bean sauce is 9 dollars. I told them to market themselves, cause I’ve been getting their deals for a while and felt like I should help them succeed. Oftentimes it’s the people that are the most generous that don’t know how to market themselves and need the most help.not sure if they know English. It’s great for the locals though cause it’s good food for really good pricing. Generous lunch specials for under 8 dollars. They’re located behind the escalators in between the halal place and the Thai place.
New place just opened up in the food court— a halal place with really generous portions of chicken and lamb—most generous out of most food places down in the mall. Their prices are cheap too 9.99 for a plate of chicken or a plate of lamb. They add their own hand pulled noodles. They also make their own yogurt which is he only nonsweet yogurt that I’ve seen down there— which is great for diabetics.
Food court on the lower level is actually pretty good for a mall food court. There's a few more upscale restaurants up top just before you get to the movie theater. Yup, that's right, there's also a movie theater in here.
Overall, centrally located and easily accessible as it's connected to the Powell BART Station. It's also within walking distance to the Metreon, Union Square, a lot of other shopping sites.
Great options in their food court. We had dan dan noodles from of the Sichuan options (well, i think it was Sichuan as I can't read Mandarin). Definitely worth going back and having other dishes and trying other vendors
Couldn't care about the stores, but they have an awesome cheap food court downstairs!
Things in the supermarket are a bit expensive. There's a lot of delicious food downstairs. There are hot pot, KTV and some clothes shops upstairs
