Staff was helpful and understanding of the fact that I really don't like needles. But with a major shortage of donors I was happy to help out! Especially with my son in WMC receiving blood.

After 6 phone calls and multiple emails asking me to donate again, I made an appointment. Heck. I made 3, one for me, my wife, and our daughter. Check-in was normal, but I noticed a lot of people waiting. Then I heard one of the nurses ask if they had any walk ins. 2 came the reply. Response was, "Well, we're behind". I ask whether or not we'd be out in 90 minutes because of another appointment. Told maybe, but couldn't promise. So we left. 2 walk ins versus 3 appointments. It will be a very long time before I [try to] donate blood again.

I have been a donor for so many years but this Saturday was my last time. You take of your time to donate your blood with the idea of saving life but this people are arrogant and lazy. Before the use to give you your check results like, hemo, pressure and so. After I ask for them and they write it for me and this last time I was told I have to do it myself because according to them was a violation of hipa, unbelievable. That's it that finish to fill my cup. NEVER AGAIN.

Donated here a dozen times. The staff is very professional and lovely. Recommended!
