This center are very rude and may also will do our recertification on time but they are holding on you application for more than 30 days to process our recertification

Staff are so freaking rude for no necessary reason, the wait it’s insane, no matter how early u get there, u always end up getting out of there past 4, The staff dont start calling people till past 4/5 pm. When they know it’s almost time for them to go home. Its insanely ridiculous
