We call no one picks up. 311 schedules service at our location and no one responds. Horrible service.
I called them since 541pm it is now 900pm 3 separate times to alert them abt my sons mothers boyfriend who came by my home threatning to hurt me in front of my 6yr old. This is the most outrageous thing ive ever encounterd if somethng happens to me i am making it public.
Takes 2 hours to show up to a call tried calling he station and no answer
