I dropped by and needed some screws to mount a hard drive. They had some around and just gave them to me. Very helpful with no hassle.

Brought my laptop here for new speaker, which they fixed within a few days. A year later I lugged my moms macbook and my laptop once again because someone... Mom, sat on my laptop and cracked the screen here. They got it fixed both laptops, in less than a week for less than a new laptop which mom was going to buy. Will keep bringing my computers here for fast, reliable, courteous, and fantastic service! Keep up the good work! And thanks again.

Ensnared in the apex of Capitalism, within a dense megalopolis/world, where profiteering dominates - albeit, rarefied, its always an epiphany to encounter a situation, whereupon, benignity and human kindness are the exception to the rule. I, recently, had such an encounter when I ventured into New York Computer on East 34th Street.

As I am in the market to purchase a new MAC desktop computer, I had innumerable questions about such a purchase as I’ve always owned Del computers. New York Computer was highly recommended to me by a friend, and all of my questions were competently, expeditiously and astutely answered/resolved. This was my second time using New York Computer Help. One year ago they did fabulous job with my desktop (after it was damaged during move). This time it was my laptop. I am a doctor, computer is crucial for my work. As I returned to the office after pandemic (needed to see some patients in person, others via telehealth on the same day) very slow speed and endless error messages were paralyzing for my work. BEST computer repair shop for MacBook issues and external hard drive recovery in NYC. My Mac suffered water damage and they fixed it within a day. Recently had my MacBook battery replaced, took 30 minutes. They also recovered my LaCie hard drive. They do it all. Professional, fast, great customer service and reasonable prices!

Everyone who had troubles with their computer understands my feelings) All your life or job sometimes depends on this device pretty much. My issue was that I couldn’t even log in my MacBook air because the memory was full and and it was shutting down every time I tried to do it…. When I went to the Apple Genius Bar I was told that they cannot help me and gave me a couple of the authorised repairs, but it was Sunday and those offices were closed. This is my go-to for all my computer and electronic needs. They have helped me out with some big fixes, like transferring hard drives and replacing screens, but were even able to help me with something simple, like figuring out why my bluetooth headphones weren't working. Skip the Apple store and go to these guys instead!
