When u try to call social service people it sais i dont know my birth year smh plus judge got no time but most important they valit my 12 amendment as a citzen of america plus more

I called the child support office for information and the person over the was no help at all, she kept telling me they couldn't help me and couldn't direct me to someone who can or what ever proper guidelines there is to receive what I needed to know. Its very frustrating when theses are the professional thats supposed to help. They need to have better training methods to better assist people.

I have been waiting for an urgent court hearing that was postponed due to COVID for over a year. I keep calling the record room and they say "it's not their fault". I cannot believe this is financed through our taxes. Truly disgraceful and unacceptable.

I Cant believe I am paying with my taxes for this. They never pick up the phone, they schedule court at nine am you better hope your seen before four midnight.if you still have to work you might as well take the loss of pay for the day.they all treat you like you just came to court to hang out with them for the day.

I’ve only called this place twice and I’m already completely disappointed and I am not looking forward to my future court hearings. The people I spoke to on the phone were completely rude and nasty. This court should be embarrassed by their staff

I went on Wednesday afternoon and was seen right away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. After sitting in the waiting room I was able to analyze a painting which was very disturbing to watch. Please look at the painting in the bottom. What are they trying to say that every child father is incarcerated, that every one of COLOR is an immigrant and that most of the families are from the Dominican Republic! Please explain? I'm very offended that this the painting that is hanging up in a FAMILY court! Next time show a better painting that promotes family unity!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! THE LAWYERS ARE LIARS! WHICH THEN HAVE THE JUDGES MAKING WRONG WRONG WRONG DECISIONS ON A CASE! I TRULY BELIEVE THAT NONE OF THEM REALLY KNOWS WHAT'S BEST FOR THE CHILDREN! NOT IN ALL CASES, HOWEVER IT'S THE MAJORITY!

This is ridiculous. I can't review with out having to give a star or more than 5. I'll have to contact the Federal Communications Commitee about this.

This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY. Child abuse is a criminal offense and needs to be handled in CRIMINAL COURT! This place literally serves no purpose other than to facilitate the trafficking of innocent children.

This is the absolute last place on earth any self-respecting adult should be seen.

Do you know why child abuse isn’t handled in criminal court? Because you need evidence, at least a smidgen of proof. You can’t just make a case out of thin air, refuse to use logic, and enlist the help of every poor performing, law school underachiever in the city to build a case against children. The abusive parent is the ALLY to this system.and every lawyer, judge, advocate in this building will aide them in terrorizing you as a caregiver.

If anyone ever calls you and says “Acs is about to take my child” but refuses to sign over guardianship, RUN! You may think you’re helping but you will
Quickly realize that once a child is remanded to the ACS commissioner there is NOTHING you can do to protect them. If the biological parent doesn’t willingly sign over guardianship, that means they intend to cause you harm and will make your life a living HELL with the help of every corrupt person in this building. It’s a psychotic person’s paradise.

The people, court officers were very hospitable, courteous, caring, respectful, and professional. Case was attended to quickly and will be closed at this location.
