I had a consult appointment at Dental Solutions for Invisalign an hour before I had another appointment to extract a wisdom tooth. The appointment was supposed to be an opportunity for me to talk with a doctor about if I was a good candidate for Invisalign and how I would go about acquiring it. I got to the appointment and was in a great mood until they started prepping me for the Invisalign work. I inquired that this was just supposed to be a consult and a different nurse came in and proceeded to yell at me, treat me like an ignorant child, make me cry and tell me I needed to spend $9,000 and didn't care to explain why I needed to. Every time I tried to ask a question, she'd get louder and talk over me. The appointment, through all the confusion, made me feel entirely uncomfortable and extended passed my next appointment which I had to cancel and reschedule.

I understand that miscommunications happen and I'm not sure anyone is at fault for that, but not only did I feel entirely unwelcome and disrespected during my visit to Dental Solutions, they were unsympathetic towards my confusion and the negative impact they had on my day. I really disliked doing business with them this time and it makes be wonder if I want to give them another chance.

我在New York Dental solutios预约了隐形牙套的咨询，同时也预约了另外一个牙医拔我的智齿，但是在一个小时以后，因为两家店走路只相差7分钟，所以本想着咨询完了马上进行下一个预约。在这家店的预约本来是询问我的牙齿情况是不是适合做隐形牙套以及如何做，我很高兴以及期待的到了店里。但是到了就有一个医生助理给我戴上了围兜，让我躺下，我很疑惑，就跟医生助理说我是来咨询的，为什么要躺下呢？她说你今天要开始你的隐形牙套了，我说，不是啊，我今天是先来咨询，然后再做决定。医生助理也有点懵，所以她跑去问另外一个护士，那个护士进来就冲我发脾气，我还没有开口说话，口气强硬的说我的情况，跟我说隐形牙套或者铁箍，我说隐形牙套需要方案的，我需要看看我到底喜不喜欢那个方案再决定是否开始，她说没有方案。在她眼里，我就好像一个特别无知的孩子，对我一点没有礼貌和尊重可言。我从来不喜欢吵架，所以很尴尬，所以我极力的克制自己，尽量的温和。我本来想问几个问题，我一说话，她的语气就会变得更强烈，还一边说话一边跺脚。最后把我气哭。最终打印出一个账单，是我需要做的项目和$9000的费用。一个$9000的花销，不是个小数目，我难道就没有问问题的权利？对我是这个态度，问个问题完全没有耐心，也完全不关心。整个的预约过程充满了疑惑和不解，完全没有感觉到我是来消费的，我完全就是个欠费的。这次的预约的负面情绪影响了我一整天。

Today is my second visit at this place not only here a dental place, is a very friendly place
first I was scared after the friendly Stuff here comforts me I’m not that scared any more. Hehe of course I have mentions dr Kim he was very gentle and make sure I was not hurting while he fixing my teeth?
every time I walk in the dental office they know what exactly, what I need to do. All I want to said, if I can give more then I will definitely do so. Very Highly recommend if you guys want to have a great smile come to see Dr Kim and Stuff they will help resolve the Question & the problem for all your teeth @ (Dental Solutions)

Just got my wisdom tooth extracted this morning, it was an amazing experience with Dr. Kim. I was super nervous at the beginning but the Entire process was fast and no pain. Will definitely schedule another appointment for the other wisdom tooth

This was my second time getting a root canal, and it was a lot better. The staff are very nice and amazing, it was a good experience. It was so much better than I expected and I knew what would happen since they’d explain it beforehand. I’m very grateful!

Dr. Victor Chiang and the staffs in this office are amazing!  I have been under the care of Dr. Victor for Invisalign. He gave me a detailed and realistic impression on my first visit.  He was honest and kind to explain all processes and any questions I may have had in great detail with his plethora of knowledge. Before I started Invisalign, I visited many other orthodontists to compare the price and all process. The price is also reasonable, compared to other offices I visited.

Very patient dentist，high- quality service for 3 languages （including chinese korean and english）and very good price！ i will recommend all you guys come to here to check your teeth
