15 floors of contract and residential furnish/ furniture design center. It’s part of my life for 2 decades. It made my job so much easier to take clients here and just walk through different showrooms to pick what they want. Make appointment in advance to get the best help from different types of showrooms.

Went to the NYC showroom had a quick look around found the couch I liked, she showed me all the color swatches it came in and the two sizes and I picked it, She had the the white glove service come out to my home 2 days later to make sure the couch would fit through the entryways, as it turned out it did not. She then recalled the Sofa Doctor and told them their information was incorrect and they set up a date to redeliver and they dismantled the sofa and brought it in and reassembled in about 1.5 hours and no extra charge to me, as they said it would fit.its a beautiful addition to my home and I already dealt with Ethan Allen my living and bedroom set is from there, and I still have them just put the couch in the basement and bought a new one 20 years later it is still in great shape.

News just reported this building owes millions in back water bills. Bizarre but not surprising as owner Cohen will cheat where and how he can. Not shy to hide his sociopathic traits, stories about his workplace abuse is well known. He’s notorious for openly belittling, abusing and physically threatening staff (primarily women), among other disgusting habits.

Better off working with industry designers elsewhere. Few here are exclusive despite impression given or claims made.

Beware of Designlush - I placed order and Steven took a deposit and didn't place the order for over 2 months and then when he finally placed the order and it was ready to ship, he kept to the product for himself and canceled my order. Horrible communication and he wouldn't address the issue. Highly unprofessional and very unethical. I don't recommend shopping at his showroom. Do your research before you purchase at 200 Lex to make sure vendors are reputable. When I went to look at Designlush reviews, it's apparent that I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

This review ONLY applies to Kravet Inc.located on 2nd floor room #210, and my visit experience to their showroom.
This building in fact has many amazing interior related things that are only sold to designers and architects with accounts only. However, I have been to this building multiple times as an ammature interior designer to get some inspiration. However my visit this past Monday was different. As I walked in and started looking around, a showroom attendee approached and aske me if I was a designer or was working with one. I said no to both and the lady said I can not be in store as items will not be sold to me. I told her I understood and asked if I could just browse for a minute, on which she said NO and escorted me out. Wondering why was it so important for the clerk for me to not enter the showroom while the place was practically empty (only 2 other ladies on the other side of room)
