A very strange process to book, wherein you give them a ton of info and they tell you that they are fully booked. Before they send their questionnaire they claim they try they do their best to fit in new clients, while, contradicting that, on the phone the staff member I spoke to said that they prioritize existing clients. I have no issues with that; I do take issue with a place being deceptive and opaque. I will not go here simply because I am unable to trust a place that obscures and deceives out the gate in that manner. Lots of little webs. Her response was "understood. " Yeah, of course it would be understood that I was deceived to give enough of my info and wasted my time. I suggest that they become more transparent with clients.
