I used to go to her during the pandemic. She was lovely. I really appreciated her taking the time to listen to my concerns about my weight and PCOS. She helped bring my weight down. I decided to go else where that took my insurance. This year, I thought I would give her a visit again just to check in and get medical feedback. The price for a follow up visit has changed since I last seen her. It was first $800 beginning of 2023 and now it’s $1200! That’s insane. It’s unfortunate because she’s a great doctor. But charging patients that price is bizarre to me. They used to offer payment plans but they don’t even do that anymore. And on top of that having to pay for the prescribed medicines. I hope I can find someone as smart and knowledgable as her because there’s no way I can pay $1200 out of pocket without my insurance covering for it. I’m glad other patients can afford her.
