Extremely poor communication. Yes they would send an aide, as a matter of fact they sent 2 aides. When I called up to tell them I was happy with the original one, they said the schedule had changed. I said I wasn't happy with a new aide and that I wanted my one that I was used to. Even though the new aide was nice, she ricked of perfume. I specifically told the coordinator from the agency that I cannot have anyone with perfume because of allergies and I have a dog. So of course they send someone that never got the message (s). When I finally complained and told them that I would end up in the hospital from severe allergies, she blew me off and asked me if I wanted to discharge the aide. Uhh, ya think?

Extremely poor customer service, I will not refer anyone to struggle with this company. This company totally unfit to care patients, more then a month I spoke with several agents about my C-pap supply no one telling me I need prescription. After one and half month later one agent telling me I need prescription. Agent even not listening, just talking.

Don't waste your time. One star is too much. Poor communication all around. They don't answer the phone when I call, 90% I leave messages. If they return your call, the reps don't leave their name and extension. They were constantly changing they CPAP mask from the one I had chosen. I chose them because they were local. I changed after prescription needed renewal.

Horrible unethical heartless staff and company. I have a bed bound father and his bed needs repair so he can be transferred to a wheelchair with an aid. After four months of trying to fax them the notes and prescription they wanted, they keep saying they have not received them. I see this is a common technique they use from the past reviews. The employees should be ashamed of working there and inflicting this kind of cruelty on such a vulnerable population.

This place is horrible! No answer on hold for hours! Then they answer have no clue about anything then hang up!

I am a physician and will never refer or do business with such a poorly run company. I was trying to get the hospital bed that was supplied by them repaired only to get the run around for 4 months. They never get the faxes of the prescriptions or notes they say are needed. I will be telling all my social workers and rehab doctors not to use them again for medical equipment.

Its just amazing how 1 persons experiences are so much different then the next persons! I have been using them for my oxygen supplier. And i personally dont have a problem. Yes they are very hard to get on the phone, but the alternative is not much different. There is another place in Melville, but they are just as difficult as to what i am reading here. I have oxygen delivered on a weekly basis, and I know i will need atleast 2 hrs to get this task completed, but, It has only been a positive experience for me! I thank a girl in the office named Roxanne for this.maybe when you do get through ask for an extension like i did and then leave a message. Yes she takes some time to get back to me, but again, I get my Oxygen! Thats all I care about!

The most inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with what turned into 15 days is now over 60 find someplace else please do yourself a favor
