6They re scammers solely interested in getting money out of you! DIDNT EVEN HAVE A MEDICAL EXAM DONE AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED MY BANK A PREMIUM. When trying to contact agent Krystal Barkley about the issues I was having she went MIA. SHES DISGUSTING AND SO IS THIS company.
Beth Kaplan is the best agent she’s very helpful, understanding, easy to talk to and this is my first time getting life insurance
I called to find out if I can take the exam here to get my license they answer the phone hello, I asked the question and her response was what’s that, I explained it she just said no and hung up she was very unprofessional, if you don’t want to go to work look for another job or stay home and live off of the government.
Dispicable behavior by my agent Amr Ibrahim Elmallwani! I explained to him I only needed one policy. Instead he signed me up for 3 and when I told him I only needed 1 policy he refused to cancel the other policies! Instead, he said I would be okay with one policy and only he would get hurt because of the cancelling and insisted on playing more games instead of listening to my needs! Someone needs to monitor the behavior of the agents. I may take my business elsewhere!
Set up an interview with AlexaMontane, who decided to skip our interview with no warning and send me a rejection letter at EOD instead. Wow just wow
By far, the worst experiences I have had dealing with a nurse for the medical exam in my entire life. You're talking about the most difficult to entertain and blatantly awkward conversation about peeing in a cup. I can't talk to anyone in the bathroom. "Someone might be spying on you. " "Don't ask anyone any questions. " "Don't forget the number on the cup"
I got so nervous while peeing thinking there was someone coming to spy on me, I missed one of the numerous steps which was memorizing the number on the cup. So I took my samples back to her completely discombobulated and unnerved and apologize for missing the step. I just didn't want to be there anymore at this point
The Blood test was even more awkward. I had to move from the chair to the bed. Sit on it. Stretch my arms to the sides. Tuck my shoulders in.examine both arms.then clench my fists.then tuck my shoulders back out.again and repeat. She found the vein which was there already and it's back again to that over and over again.
I asked "Why I can't just sit on the chair like I've done everywhere else, put my arm on the table and get my blood taken? " Then it's a hygiene issue.
I was spooked and weirded out. I didn't even to get to use the policy. It was so uncomfortable dealing with this utterly awkward nurse than I ran out. So unprofessional! The agent was a delight to deal with but I'll never ever step foot in there again. Get your own medical exam and don't ever sign up with theirs. I'll never be back there!
