New York Medical & Diagnostic Center, Kew Gardens NY

All the staff was excellent the doctors nice and friendly I just didn’t understand how they wanted to finance stem cells I have Medicaid but other than that it was a great experience the staff is marvelous! They care as well the patients where nice! Good place just no parking

I'm very happy with the service at NewYork Medical and Diagnostics. The medical staff are very attentive and informative. I go for physical Therapy 3x a week and is helping me a great deal. Receptionist staff are very courteous and helpful. They are all great. They get a five star from me.

The front desk was cordial and helpful but the office itself is not professional. I booked an appointment thru zocdoc for the chiropractor for a saturday morning as a new patient for my wife and I. After we filled out 40 pages of paper work they tell us they dont accept new patients. I missed going to work and traveled far just for this appointment and it was all a waste of time and money just because they werent professional enough to contact me and i even called them a few days before and nothing was said. I hope they get better and just heads up if you are a new patient dont come on Saturday because the office will not bother to call you to tell you that they dont take new patients Hope this doesn't happen again to anyone.

Ive been here 3 times and I don't understand the point of making an appointment when you are never seen at the scheduled time. You waste an hour or two sitting around other people.

I love this office, the staff is amazing. I tore my meniscus last year in January and recently had surgery in December and since attending PT I feel amazing.

I'm sharing my opinion based on my experience with Jennifer. She is a very professional, and also curteous worker that assist the patience with a good attitude and caring attitude in which I have no problem going to her with any help with my issues involving my health at any giving moment.

They wait is long which is expected because alot of clients come here. Hands off the customer service is great. Very friendly and helpful on explaining any type of documents or paperwork you need to understand. Jennifer Lopez is very hard working and helpful when it comes to breaking down anything i need to know according to my situation. Highly recommend everyone to come here.

Considering I went through a rigorous process regarding my health. I've been comforted the entire duration. One of the staff employees, Jennifer Lopez within the Chiropractic/Physical therapy department has constantly been checking up with me. Very active, energetic and interactive with all of her patients concurrently. Making sure what I had to get done did follow through as quickly as possible. I look forward to recovering with this practice.

My experiences at the NY diagnostic center in the last 11 years as always been great. From the doctors to the front desk people always very polite and professional. I'm usually there for physical and chirotherapy and have always felt welcome. The people are so polite but jennifer, Dr J, Aji, and Lillian are spectacular. I wouldn't change to another diagnostic center for the world
