Every time I go in here the staff is so helpful in getting me exactly what I need to do the various home improvements Im working on. They always take the extra time to make sure I have the proper tools and to provide guidance. They’re also way much more knowledgeable than when you go into a large department store like Home Depot, etc. Cant recommend them enough!

Got my mom's lamp repaired here today. Such nice people and they fixed my lamp so fast! The store looks to have every hardware item you could possibly need and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood business.

Staff positively interacts with customers, offering advice and assistance. Checking out can be busy, at times, but management always opens a second register and eases the line wait.
