New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center reviews
7 Absolutely horrible. After going through screenings with the on call therapist, I declined their services due to my thinking they would not be a good fit for me and my families needs.
After I informed them of my decision and concerns, they continued to call me and even sent mail as if I did not possess the intellect to turn down services that were not good fit.
Unstable and unsettling for a psychotherapy office.
Don’t bother with them. They are more concerned with marketing and business than actually providing services and community support.
My therapist, Mrs. Diaz is absolutely fantastic. The rest of the staff has basically been nice to me. I have anxiety issues among other things. It makes me extremely anxious when i arrive and there is no control over the waiting room. There are children jumping on chairs, screaming and running over my feet. When i get to see my therapist, i am extremely agitated and have to spend almost half my time trying to calm down. I know that children will be children but that is messing with my quality of life.
They are Amazing! They helped my family so much! Especially one Therapist! She was Proffessional and caring!
I’ve been coming here for a year and a half, and I was checking out while making an appointment. While checking out, I was given a sheet with my appointment, but not my metro card. I assumed the lady checking me out was so preoccupied with the appointment, she forgot the metrocard. I walk up to the lady who checked me out and politely told her she hadn’t given me my metrocard. She has the nerve to raise her voice on me and insist that she did. She gave me such a nasty attitude. When I didn’t leave, she began to call someone who had been standing there the whole time, yelling about how she had given me my metrocard. Very unprofessional. I’m considering leaving this clinic, her attitude was not appreciated in the slightest when I did absolutely no wrong.
I don’t usually write reviews, but when I called the clinic to ask a question regarding my medicine the lady was so rude to me she should be fired
Nicest people i ever meet i was hugely worried but they was quick to help me with my fears not had one issue at all about time dates and appointments
