Totally recommended, my first experience looking for therapy and all the staff have been very friendly and professional. I just called and they gave me an appointment right away.

This place get away with being late but if your late 10 min they cancel your appointment wish I never used them

I would never use nor will I ever recommend anyone to this please. They are not here to help your kids out. One thing they don’t hear right they’ll call ACS on you and give false information against your name to start case. SO BEWARE PEOPLE DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Unless you looking for a ACS CASE.

These people are unhelpful and incompetent. My sister went to this place for treatment and medications and all years she was there, she had to get a new therapist every few months because they quit and the people who are supposed to make the appointments didn't do their job and because of that, they closed her case and left her without meds and made it sound as if it was her fault for not following up. And they barely treated her conditions. And they have done this to many patients. Avoid this place.

I attempted suicide after seeing a therapist here and ended up in a mental hospital for a month. She showed me how to use a vape pen in the session and kept talking about her life. I thought I was the therapist since I was listening to her talk about her goals and ambitions lol btw I believe most of the “therapists” are not licensed unless they actually took an exam. A masters or bachelors in psychology definitely does not mean you are a licensed therapist. Keyword here is…. Licensed. Imagine that same person with a BA or masters in psychology working at Target being able to give you a therapy session lol

I’ve been a patient for 7 years, and this place is truly special. The therapist really take the time to listen and genuinely want to help you. They accommodated my schedule over the years, which was pretty easy as they are open every day and late enough to accommodate those of us who work during the day. Also, They have bilingual therapist! Amazing! I recommend this place to everyone I know!

Always been treated with care and respect. The staff is always friendly. The place is always spotless. I never had issues. I've recommended to family and friends. Even my mom went. The therapist are very good. And understanding. I've been visiting them for many years.

This Mental Health Clinic seriously needs to be run under new management, rather sooner then later. I can't express how distasteful I feel with their poor choice of staff members conducting interviews and assessments. And I could speak single handly about the matter being that I had the most unfortunate event on having to suffer for their bad judgement calls for job placements or any other services for that matter. That person Denise in particular is the worse, is like speaking to an underdeveloped mentally
inadequate individual

The only reason I am giving two stars is the counselor my child was with (she is no longer there). When I first signed up, they put down the wrong information and said things we never said. We stood on hold for almost 15 minutes. All for them to tell someone will be in touch and never reached out.
