New York Pulmonary Consultants reviews
6Horrible experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy I don't understand how they expect you to trust them with your health when they can't even read a clock expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time better yet don't waste your time
Every time I call here I am put on hold right away as soon as phone is answered receptionist staff says “NY Pulmonary please hold” they don’t even let me talk for a second and rapidly put the phone on hold. Receptionist sounded rude and impatient also. Dissatisfied with the phone service I received here.
Doctor Patel’s nurse was not friendly nor helpful and told me my calls are getting overwhelming. She does not want to answer my medical questions and doesn’t want to work for the doctor’s patients. When I called and ask what a setting means on the CPAP machine they said I have to come in the office for that and see the doctor. They are just making this a hassle for me. I do not recommend NY Pulmonary Consultants at all.
I've been struggling to get my father a CPAP for months. This office saw him, studied him, ordered a machine and has been completely unable to deliver. The dme company has asked for information from previous doctors and this office has attempted to task me with everything instead of getting his medical records and figuring it out, as one would expect from a competent office. My father sees several specialists and after a failed home test, the referral process to get here has been unorthodox, but the office keeps acting like there is no way for them to order the records and figure it out.
Superior doctors. But, zero stars for the reception desk answering the phone. They immediately put you on hold for 15-20 minutes, no matter the time of the day. This is unacceptable. Online booking is unavailable, and needs to be implemented.
Dr Harris is a really good doctor. I can't say everyone else in the office is the same way because how many times you going to leave messages and nobody calls back.
