I was super late for my appointment but the staff was really nice about and still accommodated me. Everyone that I interacted with today was really nice and made my exam comfortable and quick.

My experience was great, filled out the paperwork online beforehand and was in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone who works there was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

I reviewed this facility 5 months ago. I was going to add one more star since they improved their check-in procedure and made it available online. They still don’t provide socks. However, instead, I have to bring it down one star because I got an MRI done on 3/18/21, and their portal is telling me the results/report will not be available until around 3/28/21 (ten days later). They used to produce their results/reports within 3 days. I might as well just go to my hospital’s imaging facility going forward. It’ll be much faster and my doctor will have quick access to the results/reports and images. Lenox Hill Radiology does charge much less, but I guess as the saying goes “you get what you pay for. ”

First off the building was very clean, the guard in the lobby very professional. Now for the office staff, they made me feel so comfortable and Samantha was very nice, my X-ray techs very friendly. I come here for all my radiology.

Excellent care. The Physician and radiologist walked me through th entire process and informed me of things I was unaware of since last having a similar procedure. Really like this place, quick service with reasonable and kind people.

Horrendous!
To be clear, this review about company's policy to charge for services upfront.
Positive first: ultrasound as well as MRI Technologists were very nice, attentive and professional. In most cases that would overcome any negativity, however, this was such aggravating experience.
1. Appointment was made for wrong date, and my name and email address were misspelled. Front desk representative was nice enough to find another appointment the same day. For the second appointment I had to come back another day.
2. For MRI, front desk demanded payment upfront, and my insurance coverage didn't matter. I paid by credit card since I didn't want to loose another day and there was no cell reception in the basement.
My insurance company confirmed later that they would have to refund me.
45 minutes of sheer aggravation! "Excellent customer service"?

People were helpful. I gave a grade of four stars because I felt that I waited long time for my ultrasound. It is possible that I felt long just because I was nervous not knowing what to expect. In general, I am always pleased with your service.

I was taken in the back almost immediately. The person taking my mammogram was very thoughtful and gentle. A most unusual experience at other places. I went because they have the 3D imaging. I felt like this place is very professional.

I have been here twice in the last two weeks, and at both experiences the wait time was extraordinarily long. The first time the whole timeframe was two hours for a mammogram and sonogram (I was told it would take 45 min). The second time, for only a sonogram, I waited 40 min just to be taken back, and then another HOUR to be seen by the sonogram tech (when I tried to grab one of the techs to ask them, she basically shrugged and said “I just take the next on my list”). By the time I left I had been there well over two hours. No one apologized for the wait, no one told patients what was going on. I make an effort to be on time, the same courtesy should be given to the patients. It’s very challenging to plan your day when you are at an appointment hours beyond the original appointment time. I would suggest the office send out a questionnaire about patient’s experience to better understand their needs and concerns. Many offices do this now, in fact I usually receive a questionnaire about a day later from other offices I visit.

A couple of people who work there are friendly. (I single out Pat the nurse as one of these people). But most are perfunctorily doing their job. It would be nice to get a little kindness and empathy, especially when many of the women here are having sensitive tests done. It doesn’t take much effort but it makes a big difference.

It’s also freezing in the back waiting rooms and exam rooms, and you know, most everyone is having breast exams of some sort so we were all sitting there shivering in our gowns.

There is a better way to give care than this.

First appointment delayed 2 hours. I was sent away and then came back only to have second appointment delayed 45 minutes. Friendly team but terrible execution of schedule.

Excellent care. Appointment right on time. Techs and admin staff efficient and very pleasant. My doctor was terrific - warm and friendly and kept me informed constantly of what I was going to be experiencing next in the test. I was in and out in an hour.

Upon my arrival and checking in ten minutes early for my 1: 00 appointments for a mammogram andan ultra sound imaging test, I was politely told that they were backed up and there would be an hour’s wait for the mammogram. I asked if I could reschedule the mammogram and go and go ahead with the ultrasound which would have only a twenty minute wait. They said yes and forty minutes later I was still waiting for my name to be called. I was about to. Ask to reschedule the ultrasound as well when they called my name. Then I was subjected to another 45 minute wait in my gown before I was actually called in for the exam, with not even an apology for wasting my time. That is an hour and a half of my life I will never have back and I am not so sure I want to ever return to this facility.

The staff was kind but the wait time outrageous: I arrived at 2: 30 for a 2: 45 appointment (for mammogram and ultrasound) and didn’t leave until after 5: 30. Luckily the people who took care of me were lovely and I knew it wasn’t their fault. Clearly a case of overbooking/understaffing.

The receptionists were well organized and friendly. The technicians who administered the CAT scan were also friendly and very efficient. A top notch facility.

Unfortunately one of the most impersonal medical experiences I have ever had. Shuttled back from waiting room with another patient to a secondary waiting room with about 8-10 other patients in gowns. Where together we waited our turn. The technician was impersonal and mechanical and said nothing. She was rude when I asked her a question. I hope I never have to go back to this mill. Staff moderately cordial at front desk but you could tell they were forcing this pseudofriendliness.

The fact that they kept me waiting 2 hours from my appointment time (for which I showed up 15 minutes early, as they requested) is unconscionable. I have been coming to this location for years, and dismissed other reviews about the long wait now that the facility is under new ownership. I am never returning to this place that has so little respect for my time. I was not the only livid patient there. This is their new normal. Do not go here unless you want to wait forever.

I was very upset with my experience here —everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to tech to doctor was rude with no bed side manner. I was chastised by reception for asking where to sign in, and was questioned incessantly by the tech, who implied I was wrong for following my doctors request to come in for a sonogram for a lump in my breast. They didn’t take into account whatsoever the vulnerability and fear I felt, while being examined for what could have possibily been cancer.

Staff is friendly and professional. I had to wait a while to be seen because there were a couple of extended consultations. But, they were nice about it.

The people I dealt with at the front desk and the technicians who performed my tests were courteous, professional, and skillful. The booking and office procedures, however, were convoluted and time-consuming. It took two phone calls and a lengthy online session to book a routine screening mammogram. It shouldn’t take an hour to book a routine appointment. And I didn’t see the technician until 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Not impressed.

New York Radiology Partners provided a great experience from the time I walked in the doors. Everyone was very nice. They exhibited the best combination of kindness and helpfulness without sacrificing efficiency, as they were busy! We've all had negative experiences at healthcare provider offices, but New York Radiology Partners was at the opposite end of the spectrum.
