Decent gym but they keep the doors open during classes and you can hear some loud yelling for 30 straight minutes no matter where you are and how loud your headphones are, extremely annoying and ob noxious.

Since the sauna is close early on weekdays and also shut down on weekends, I'll keep my 1 here. Why offer amenities if they will do it in an unhelpful way? Membership has discounts after 7 pm or on weekends. No Right so

Why does the best gym in the city close at 7: 00pm on a Friday this is pathetic for the amount of money people pay to belong here. It should be open till 10: 00pm every night

Took forever to open the pool and now that it's open, the hours are very limited. At night it's only only open 6-7pm. They originally claimed months ago that there was a shortage of life guards. Now they are claiming that they share the pool with another company that gives lessons to kids. Also this location is small and rundown. I can't wait for their generic response.

Worst experience ever. They kept charging me for two locations for months while blocking access to both. It took me so many hours waiting to see someone in person (as they say account changes should be done in person) to resolve my gym access issue but after few weeks same problem again and they didn’t let me workout due to again gym access issue.

Just a low quality gym, no AC, old equipment, small. Do it if you can get a bargain on a membership

Do not get a membership here unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. We quit our membership here and discovered months later that we were still being charged. That's ok, right? Businesses make mistakes, right? But sadly this went on for close to a year. NYSC proved utterly impotent in getting this resolved. Manager Marvin ducked, dodged, didn't return calls or emails, made false promises about it being resolved, and ultimately, once my husband actually went there and pinned him down, claimed a check had been issued and so it was out of his hands. Guess what? No check ever arrived.

Muy mal fui por primera ves a este gym y me encontré con agua en el medio está bien sucio cuando fui las ducha no hay jabón lo quitaron todo y cuando voy a utilizar la sauna estaba Cerda a la 7 pregunté y me dijeron que estaba cerrada a esa hora no entiendo le porque pareces que los que trabajamos hasta la 7 no tenemos el derecho de utilizar este servicio me parece de mal gusto ya que todos pagamos por igual si el gym se cierra la 9 se supone que hasta esa hora debe estar abierto o por lo menos 20 min antes no 3 horas antes muy pésimo este gym espero lo cierren

Very badly I went to this gym for the first time and I found water in the middle, it is very dirty when I went to the shower there is no soap they removed everything and when I went to use the sauna it was closed at 7 I asked and they told me that it was closed at I don't understand that time because it seems that those of us who worked until 7 a.m. Don't have the right to use this service.at least 20 min before not 3 hours before this gym is very lousy I hope they close it

Considering that your 23rd St club doesn't have hot water for at least a week, I called to check if your steam room is working. But the guy who answered the phone couldn't be bothered to find someone to check to see if the ladies' steam room is working.

This gym is disgusting. There is weights just thrown around the place, , you can barely find a set. The "training area" is FILTHY.people work out on the "turf" without even putting a mat down, and NO ONE wipes down any equipment. I have seen boogers and snot in the turf, it is vile. The employees literally don't do anything. I've seen several just walking around not cleaning or putting weights away. The management won't even get back to you unless you spam call them and even then, they only respond via email. I'm trying to get a hold of Marvin or Jonathan to cancel my membership and they won't even respond.

I just started going back to the gym after the covid shutdown. I have only one issue with the staff, they don't seem to be friendly enough. When you come in and get scanned they barely raise their heads to greet you. Also, as far as the towels, they do have a cabinet that you scan with your phone and it opens and you can get a towel. It is directly opposite the desk when you come in.

Worst gym experience ever! When I went to register, a sales person informed me that I could join for a week (remainder days of the month) and that I could cancel anytime after that if I wish to. I called countless times to cancel, had several employees take my contact details and was never contacted. The gym kept attempting to charge my bank account, disregarding any communication. Finally, when I tried to deactivate my account, a gym employee bluntly told me that I cannot do it unless I pay my past due (I’d like to clarify again that I asked for cancellation & did not go to the gym- so they want me to pay for a service I haven’t even used). Also, the employee I spoke to on the phone confirmed that he cannot help me and that I can go to another gym. I wonder where the gym management is amidst all this chaos!

I loved this location endless machine I had 2 days of great workout. No one on there phones no one staying long on machine. It was perfect

Extremely good selection of weight training machines. Would love to see later hours on weekends, only open till 7p on fri and only til 5p on sat/Sunday. Very large space and good safety & cleaning supplies/ protocols

They are still charging my husband and me for our membership even though the gym has been closed since March of last year! I've tried calling corporate and emailing corporate to cancel our memberships since May and no one answers the phone or responds to messages. Maybe this will work? Someone please cancel my membership or reach out to me!

They are quite literally stealing from me.
I was charged when my club (41&3) is not open and their online support is not acknowledging the need to refund me and cancel my membership.

Tried to charge me at the beginning of the pandemic when they were closed. Just charged me again. While still being closed. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Edit: It's insane that the owner/PR responding to this this review says they would like to "learn how we could avoid these mistakes in the future. " How about not taking money from me for a service not rendered. That statement has big self awareness of a rock, energy.

Do not sign up for personal training classes or they will hose you for additional payments that you were not prepared to commit to. They are rude and respond to correspondence at their convenience. Customer service is the lowest item on their totem pole. The gym itself is fine, the people running the show are second rate.
