New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, Bronx NY

I got there at 7am with reservations i told the lady. I am here for a written exam leaner permit. She sent me to the wrong person. I ask and the second person took me to right person. People need to pay attention.

In and out in under an hour and a half can beat that.new registration plates faster than it used to be that's for sure

Going on line is not great.they could allow how many agents the have and booths to assist people each booth should only allowed 5 people at each booth stay a distance of 6 feet apart.that would be nice how they do it now is very poor

Waited in the cold passed my appointment time just to receive no real help for what i came for in the first place

3 weeks ago I dropped my paperwork for plate transfer not getting any response.
Shopping mall is open but only dmv has restrictions. Funny.

Great staff but the agents in the front was very rude but other than that they were very helpful. I had to make 2 different lines and the staff was able to let me make just one line; it took a while but I didn't have to make 2. But it was a very long wait but great place.

Worste dmv location ever first time came to this location hope so the last time too.i think they made a deal with parking guys next to them that you advertise low prices for first hours we will not let them out even in first thee hours

Avoid this place like the plage, no numbers playing musical chairs till the window calls you really messed up

Rude staff. Even worse supervisors. No respect for customers. Absolutely the worse customer service.

This DMV is garbage i hate this f****g country no more politeness or respect in this country nothing but racist people in the USA so wicked and evil so bad these people gotta be part of the government system.

Worst place in the world you pay high fines hire lawyers and they still won’t ever reduce points like in other states.

Surrender old plates, register newly purchased vehicle, update license (pic and remove restriction on ID), 1st window hour wait, sent to second window hour wait, third window 2 1/2 hour and counting wait. Smh this is unacceptable, if I could give a 1/4 of a star I would.

Literally last person to be seen, and still someone had to try and make it seem like it was my fault.never again, rather drive to another borough than go through that again.

This DMV is way better than the one in 125 st. The people there were polite which is not common in DMV offices, in 2 hours i renewed my lincence took a new photo and changed some personal info

They are very unprofessional, the front agent said to wait on line to have the original registration instead of using the machine to have the temporary. Made me wait more than a hour to just get a temporary and the original one didn’t come yet have to go there and more than hour again

The worst place! I would give 0 stars but I don’t have the option of that! Don’t waste your time they are lazy and rude!

THE WORST PLACE EVER! Not one person at the DMV is on the same page. Wasted 2 work days and now I have to come back with MORE paperwork. UPDATE: Went to the DMV in Queens and I had the correct paperwork from the beginning. Don't waste your time at the Fordham DMV. They are unprofessional and don't know what they are doing.

All the ladys employees were too slow working. They eat and sit getting fat. Letting people wait on the line.

Most unprofessional and disrespectful agents, total incompetence zero stars weren’t. Don’t come in here turn and run in other direction. Management has allowed authority go beyond their education level.

The T&I in this location is exceptionally fair, understanding and reasonable. They are clear, thorough and knowledgeable about the DMV guidelines and regulations. Thank you for your help Ms. Davis.

The only ppl who are giving good reviews to this garbage facility are employees them selves I recognize two, there is by far no other worst Motor vehicle then this one in the entire new York may be the country don't believe me see for yourself, it would be a great service to the Citiy of newyork if it was fumigated and shut down.
