Update: Now I actually have a nurse who is good about returning my calls and tries her best to get my meds.approved up from 1 star to 2.
NYSIF gives me the runaround every month when I need my medications refilled. I have to jump through hoops and never get them on time. Not to mention, I just received a letter stating that none of my medications will be reimbursed come 2020, so I will have to start from scratch after the years it took to find a couple medications that provide moderate relief from my ailments.
