New York Urgent Care, Queens NY

I recently ripped my skin open and needed stitches. The service was fast and efficient. The staff at NYUCC attended to me very quickly and helped me begin to feel better right away. Thank you so much for all your help and concern.

Went for the covid test. The staff and the receptionist were pretty good when it came.to their services. Informed pretty well as well as assisted me thru the entire process. Good work

The Staff is very professional, and helpful through everything. I have been here a several times for myself and once for my brother and would highly recommend going here if you need to.

Not bad for a clinic where in they provide amazing services be it the Doctors as well as receptionist. They are amazing and systematic. Would not mind going there again for any other work.

To have such an urgent care facility with a remarkable medical practitioner in New York is actually what urgent health care is all about, an amazing immediate medical care service for the locals and anyone who needs it, a great initiative by the Management, Medical Practitioners, and staff.

I went there for Covid TEst and it took 3 hours to be called.is this urgent care or slowest care? I visited 2 times there. DR Jagdeep Vyas has not minimum qualifications to be a doctor. He was rude and he questioned me on a medication that he himself suggested. 2nd visit he was so rude and he kicked me out of the office. I will never go back again.

Took my son there and doctor was patient and calmly and carefully took care of his cut. I would recommend the place.

I was out-of-office for a couple of days with diarrhea, severe back pain and fever and didn’t know which doctor I should see in my neighborhood, inasmuch as my primary physician is in Manhattan. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Vyas to me. I went to see him the following morning. It didn’t take the doctor long to know what was wrong with me. He prescribed a couple of meds for me that made me feel so much better after a few hours. Dr. Vyas was personable, patient and careful. Most importantly, he is also good listener - a quality that most patients look for in a doctor. Like my friend, I highly recommend him to anyone needing medical help and looking for a good primary physician.

This place has treated me, my wife, and my son.amazing time the doctors is patient and kind.they are also very very clean.would recommend to anyone

I had found this urgent care online and went to get tested for Covid 19. I had a really good experience with cleanliness and limited wait time. The front receptionist was very accomodating and patient. The doctor who attended me was very helpful and understanding. He was wearing complete personal protective equipment. The test was quick and I got the results pretty fast. Highly recommend this facility.

Took my daughter w splinter in foot. Doctor was very nice, patient w her and treated her. Great service.

Came here yesterday because I haven’t been feeling well for a couple of days. I see the worst doctor ever. I’m the only person waiting for the doctor and he takes forever to come see me. When he finally sees me he checks me out and says ok give u medicine. How you give someone medicine and don’t tell the person what is wrong. I will never come back to this place again. The lady at the front desk is rude and the doctor is very rude.

Went in for sinus infection Doctor over dosed a Levaquin prescription. On 3rd day I couldn't walk. Levaquin is a dangerous antibiotic for us over 60. Never warned me. He's Lucky I'm ok

Front desk people are rude and only are polite when your leaving, and the doctor some guy with dreadlocks is the worst he reminds me of some wicked nurse who only gets pleasure from causing pain, giving bad news, or collecting his urgent care paycheck, the guys a douche it's no wonder the vibe in the office is so grim. I will never go there again.sincerely local resident who will be going to urgent care out of town in the future

Very impressed with the way doctor checked out my symptoms thoroughly and following day i felt better. Nice clean office.

They said they don't accept no fault or workers comp after waiting for 2 hours here before treated by someone. The waiting room had only 2 other people. Just go to a hospital

I went to this Urgent Care many times and the service is excellent. They are quick and have good customer service.

I LOVE this place! They got both of my girls checked out without an appointment in a little over an hour. I thought that was great! The staff has always been very nice and accommodating. Would go here again and again when it's after hours or I can't get an appointment at my regular doctor's office. THANK YOU!

We went here for my son's work accident and they were not helpfull at all. They are extremely disorganized when it comes to paperwork.

I just wanted to inform everyone that I went to this urgi center because I fell and injured my arm and ankle after filling out all the paperwork and they told me they couldn't see me because I didn't have the money for the copayment.
