Placed an order online, then received an email the order was cancelled by me- it wasn’t. Haven’t received refund yet. Do not trust you’ll get what you order online seems to be a common experience.

UPDATE: received call from owner that order was cancelled due to store being closed at time of purchase and refund is pending.changing to 5 stars pending wine. Will update later.

UPDATE 2: Received another call that the wine was not in stock, and another wine was also not in stock. Owner called me back again to check if I could replace with anything, but did not want to. Would call in first to confirm what you want is in stock because online inventory may not actually match what is available.

I purchased two bottles of wine from this location. Initially the wine was priced at $138 per bottle. I called the store to complete my order as I’m an international customer, the employee informed me the online system was incorrect, they were $168 each. I completed the order at that price for two bottles ($336 ish total + tax). A couple of days later my order was canceled and refunded. And now, the wine is re-listed on the website for $329.99 per bottle! I am disappointed in their lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. I do not recommend. I’ve never bought wine from a reputable seller where the price is a moving target.

Large wine house, with many labels from the Americas and Europe. Some wines from South Africa and Australia as well. However, several of the labels from Europe in poor condition, in not-so-old 2005 or 2010 wines, leave the doubt about the aging conditions they are having. To my taste, not much variety of California reds, for a winery located in lower Manhattan.

Great selection and a very sincere group of people assisting and recommendations. I have been there several times and everything they are so welcoming. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

This store is extremely overpriced. Most of their items just half priced elsewhere like Brooklyn or staten island!

Complete Rip Off. Lagavulin 16yrs is 149.95 where its $80 across the river in nj. No returns or Refunds, Stay Away!
