My Mother had an a appointment, they refused to see her because she was 5 minutes late. She is an elderly woman, and it took her longer to get out of her vehicle and they turned her away and are now making her wait 6 weeks. We will be looking for a new primary care.

The providers / medical staff are great, but the phone support is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was dealing with some medical issues and tried to speak with a provider because the ER told me to. I took the day off from work to try and get some help but was only able to after getting hung up on three times. I then had to demand to speak with a manager because the staff would not help nor let me submit a complaint after four hours. The manager got me in touch with a nurse, finally. They need more phone support staff that know what they are doing, and they need a dose of empathy for their customers.
